Wonderful host in wonderful location
For anyone looking to stay in high or low season, Marions place is great. A perfectly short walk to the downtown, a ahort deive to rudesheim, where you can visit nearly everything you need to, be it a long, or short stay.

Your host is wonderful and the apartment is very nice and well situated. You have beautiful view of wine vineyards from your windows and a location that allows for walks in the area that is full of small towns and country roads. Overall a most excellent place to stay!

The property was large, clean and well - equipped. It was 15-20 minutes walk uphill from Assmannshausen. Nice walking in the vineyards opposite. All things considered, the price was excellent.

Lovely, quiet base for day trips on the Rhine
The bottom apartment was very well equipped for a six night stay. The kitchen allowed for us to cook and the lounge and eating area was big and spacious. The location is in a quiet little street between Assmanshausen and Aulhausen which is great if you want to have a quiet stay (particularly away from the hustle and bustle of Rudesheim am Rhein too). Assmanshausen just a hike down the road (it's steep) allows for Rhine ferries to pick up passengers which is very handy. Marion was a wonderful host with all information you may need for your visit. Very comfortable stay and would recommend!

Nice holiday on the Rhine
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was beautiful even though it was December and cold and damp. The apartment is very nice and spacious and our host Marion was very welcoming. She even baked Christmas cookies for us! We saw many of the villages along the Rhine and had a great time at the RĆ¼desheim Christmas market. Very festive and just what one needs to get in the spirit. I would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area. It would be a nice place to stay any time of year. Thank you Marion:)

Clean, Friendly and local to everything!
This was a great place to stay in Rudesheim am Rhine area. It was actually located in Assmanshausen which is a quaint village just five or ten minutes from Rudesheim along the Rhine River. Marion the owner was very helpful, accommodating and for a few extra euro's made us breakfast each and every morning. The accommodations were clean and more than ample. We would highly recommend this home away from home to anyone heading into that area of Germany. John/Shannon

Haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was benƶtigt wird leider kein Lebensmittel GeschƤft im Ort. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen etwas oberhalb von Assmannshausen. Sind mit dem Zug angereist und von der Vermieterin abgeholt worden und zur Abreise wieder gebracht worden.

Wir fĆ¼hlten uns sehr wohl, nachdem uns die Gastgeberin sogar mit Kind und Kegel von Bhf abholte. Es war alles nƶtige vorhanden, ein Kinderreisebett sowie Spielzeug, Seife, SpĆ¼li, Salz und Pfeffer.. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, fĆ¼hlte mich wie bei Oma. Leider war der Couchtisch instabil, sodass wir vermehrt auf unseren Sohn aufpassen mussten.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gut ausgestatteten und groƟzĆ¼gigen Wohnung. Vermieterin im Haus, sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Top: - Lage sehr ruhig am Ende der Sackgasse, schƶner Blick direkt auf Weinberg -Einstell- und Lademƶglichkeit fĆ¼r eBikes in der Garage -Super Bett, tolle Couch - viel Ausstattung Wenige ā€žPunktabzĆ¼geā€œ fĆ¼r: -das Bad ist sehr alt, sehr eng und sehr heiƟ und die LĆ¼ftung quietscht und Ƥchzt malā€¦ kƶnnte mal erneuert werden - Ausstattung nicht durchgƤngig modern, teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen -WLAN nicht stabil, fƤllt hƤufiger mal aus -der Platz im GrĆ¼nen nicht an der Wohnung, sondern neben der Garage direkt an der StraƟe (die aber kaum befahren ist) -etwas auƟerhalb vom sehr schƶnen Assmannshausen, da muss man immer noch einen Kilometer und einige steile Hƶhenmeter abends hochā€¦

Net verblijf
Het verblijf was goed, netjes en schoon. De gastvrouw zeer aardig. Alleen was het heel gehorig. Ze woonde er boven en de kleinkinderen maakten nogal veel lawaai en we konden letterlijk verstaan wat er boven gezegd werd. Verder was er in de advertentie niet vermeld dat de kabelbaan dicht was, want ik ben slecht ter been en we wilden daarom gebruiken maken van de kabelbaan om in het dorp te komen. En er was ook niet vermeld dat heel veel restaurants dicht water in de buurt van de b&b. Dus naar 3 dagen zijn we weg gegaan en hebben we een hotel geboekt in Mainz.
