This Rumford Point farmhouse boasts 6 inviting bedrooms with a mix of full, queen, and king beds. 5,000 Sq Ft | Pet Friendly w/ Fee | Fire Pit | Minutes to Sunday River Ski Area & Championship Golf Course. In the middle of two ski areas. Pond for ice skating. Skates available. Wood fired sauna. 8 person outdoor hot tub. Sleds for sledding across the street by the church. We just decided to go independent after3 years managed by evolve to save on fees. Only doing VRBO currently.
