Located in the heart of beautiful and peaceful Russell, the suite is a short 25mins drive from downtown Ottawa. The neighbourhood is peaceful, family oriented and walking distance to trails, riverside parks, convenience stores, groceries and more.

This luxurious suite is in the lower-level of a legal semi-detached duplex. There is a paved path that leads guests from their dedicated parking spot in the front of the duplex to a private entrance on the side of the building.

Once inside the suite, guests are greeted to a luminous space with 9ft ceilings, an open concept living, kitchen and dining area and, beautiful furnishings. The kitchen contains all the essentials guests would need to cook up a storm as well as a well-stocked coffee/tea/ hot chocolate station.

The beds were hard as rocks. The parking is horrible to get into half a spot with a tree stump on it and a huge lip from the driveway to the road. I risked a ticket parking on the road so I didn’t blow a tire. There was absolutely no vents at all for air flow inside the apartment.

The host is really friendly. Detailled welcome message with all general informations for our stay. Host would reply quickly to all my questions that I sent through the app. Unfortunately, I did not like my stay because there was cockroaches. I stayed 2 nights, went back to the appartment only in the evening and killed about 10 of them (I made sure that all our belongings would not touch the floor) I started paranoing when we got home because I found 1 crawling on my floor when I was putting away my luggage/bags. Tenants living upstairs are making a lot of noises (walking, dragging chairs and the dog barking) but it did not bother us too much since we were not staying in the apartment too long. This is just information for people who actually need peace and quiet. (I booked from Saturday to Monday)
