The hotel was not in good shape. The elevator was rusty inside & floor felt like it was falling in. The room had uneven furniture. We asked for more towels & was told they was washing them & we had to come back. There was constant noise. The house keeper opened pur door than hurried up & slammed it. It scared my daught, she though someone was coming in.

Only one staff member on duty. She ran the front desk as well as housekeeping. I forgot her name, but was super sweep and helpful and definitely overworked. But she never got frustrated, even with a lobby full of athletes and a broken dryer

I tried to call the hotel before we arrived but only got a busy signal. When we arrived the receptionist told me that their phones line wasn’t working. When I checked in I arrived with a family of 7 only to be told that 1 of my 2 rooms that I booked could not be occupied because their dryer was broken and they had no way to clean the sheets before we came. So all 7 of us shared one room. This sent a shiver down my spine. We boarded the dirty scary looking elevator to go to the third floor and was greeted by a piece of wall border lying on the floor. When we entered the room I immediately checked the sheets and comforter and of course there were stains. We were disgusted but could not leave because all of the hotels were booked up. Don’t stay here! This is NOT a Comfort Inn but a Discomfort Inn.

They need to work on house keeping. Had to switch rooms bc when told house keeping would clean room it wasn’t on top if that the water would not get hot. Also elevator needs to be fixed along with the phones not working. For a place that was remodeled they did it poorly and cheap.

The door to our room was very hard to open and close! their were roaches in the bathroom! This was the worse I've seen from a Comfort Inn! I will not ever be staying in this hotel again!

Beware of this hotel
Not much good to say about our stay. We chose this hotel because it said pet friendly. We were initially charged a $75 pet fee but when checking out, I mentioned I didn't think that was pet friendly so they faived the charge. Dirty towels in room and no clean towels in room. Shower curtain was nasty. Beds were clean though. Someone knocking on our door at 8 AM wanting to know if we were still there. Elected not to have breakfast as we just wanted out of there.

Arrived late. Check in was easy. The room needed updating. We were a couple and were given 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. There was no bathmat. Tissue box in the bathroom had 1 tissue in it. Toilet paper roll was less than half full with no spare in sight. Walls needed painting and carpet was stained. Bed was comfortable thank goodness. At the buffet breakfast at 8 am, there were 2 pieces of bacon and a few rubbery fried eggs. No coffee creamer. Bagels were hard as a brick. We left. Would not recommend this location.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites! The room was very clean & comfortable and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to friends.
