Rutland is considered the headquarters of Green Mountain National Forest, and most guests visit for easy access to the surrounding mountains for hiking, biking, and skiing in winter. You'll enjoy easy, walkable access to a variety of local shops and restaurants, while several popular attractions can be found just a short drive or bus ride away including Pine Hill Park, the New England Maple Museum, Pico Mountain Ski Resort, and the Killington Ski Area, all within 15 miles of your door.
Inside, discover all-new appliances, fixtures, and other features to ensure everyone's comfort during your stay. Prepare full-course meals in the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and a smart fridge with a soundbar. Gather around the dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and then meet up in the living area to stream all your favorite channels on the smart TV.
Additional amenities include a desk and chair for your laptops in one of the bedrooms and a washer/dryer to let you pack light for your next exciting trip!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
