This is a multi-family property with each apartment on its own level and private entrance. With any multi-family, there is some noise transfer from the apartment above. We have strict rules for all listings of absolutely no parties or events, and to be respectful of noise with quiet hours after 10pm.
The kitchen is an efficiency kitchen meaning there is no full oven. We do have countertop induction burners (x2) and a countertop large convection oven / air fryer. Kitchen also has full refrigerator, toaster, keurig, and plenty of dishware and cookware.

This listing is street parking only. Parking can be difficult coming in after 9pm due to overnight parking allowed only on one side of the street. You can load / unload at the house, but then move the car, and watch all signs, and do not block driveways or hydrants. If going out local, $5 uber or cab can be worth keeping your spot.
