Bed Side Cabinets with side Lights, Dressing Table with Stall Mirror and hair dryer, Built in Wardrobes and drawers, and Tavel Cot.(Bathroom) Electric Shower, Toilet and Hand Basin, Mirror and Shaver Socket. (Kitchen) Electric Cooker/Grill and Ceramic Hob, Washing Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, coffee machine. (Lounge/Dining Room) Table two chairs with a bench and High Chair, double Sofa with Sofa Bed.
TV, DVD Player, Wifi and Electic Heating.
(Balcony off Lounge) with Park style Bench. Towels and linen are provided, please bring beach towels.
If you arrive before 6pm we meet and take you and your luggage over the sandy beach to your apartment (if able too), If you arrive after 6pm we leave the key in a key safe out side the apartment.

After checking in we alerted the owners that the sofa bed was broken, photos was sent. The husband arrived promptly. He was rude and aggressive stating his wife was adamant we had broken it. We are a couple in our 50’s and l was recovering from surgery which was pointed out to him. No apology only the fact he would have to spend a £1000 for a new one and they had back to back booking. It was suggested that perhaps children had been using as a trampoline. He suppled an air bed instead which for one night was fine. However the rudeness of the host was quite unpleasant. Despite seeing him on a daily basis for the stay ge only then spoke to us again when we checked out. Again a courtesy to ask hope you enjoyed your stay would of been a nice gesture. Such a shame a location is lovely. However manners cost nothing . I hope he takes that on board in future. Rather than make an accusation that was not true. If you want peaceful its not above the KItKat music is playing til 7pm also could hear music playing from adjoining accomdation

Unbeatable location right on the beach - fantastic sea and beach views. Great coffee and snacks from the KitKat cafe. Music stopped by 5.30pm so not an issue. Great work-out for foot and calf muscles walking across soft sand several times a day. Check-in rated poor as there was no check-in.

Wow we stayed in sundunes one a apparment right on the beach as soon as you open the door the apparment is bright fresh and welcoming everything you want is there the apparment is right on the beach with a cafe underneath and lots of places to eat around there as well we also had a disco on the Saturday from 5 in till 11 I really enjoyed the music my partner wasn't to keen on that but I loved it made it feel you were in Spain this place is like a little peice of heaven and we will defently going back I would highly recommend this place and would like to thank Emma

Lovely stay! Can’t beat location of the property, right on the beach. By 6-7 o’clock you had the beach to yourselves. Apartment had everything you need. Bed was very comfy, best sleep I’ve had in ages. I’m looking to book again already! Thanks for a great stay!

Right on the beach. Found communication with owner very slow to respond on occasion, but friendly when I did manage to get her. Washing machine didn’t work on arrival due to water tap being switched off! Water incredibly slow to drain in shower which I fed back to owner. Can hear occupants in next door apartment. Overall a satisfactory stay

Beautifully clean, well equipped and stunning location whatever the weather
Enjoyed our stay. Was well and truly needed and experienced all weather in the two days we stayed but didn't matter as the place is so well equipped and laid out, and right on the beach so we could get out quick when the sun shone. Cant wait for our next stay in April and have thoughts of another short stay in between.

5 Star location.
We felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful apartment, literally on the beach itself!! It was very clean and some of the appliances better than home! The apartment is one of two and the bedrooms back onto each other so earplugs are essential if you are a light sleeper in search of a good night's sleep.

The walk across the beach to the apartment with the luggage is worth it. Very nice inside, perfectly clean and comfortable. Great views out to sea. Dogs are not allowed on this section in summer months, but not far to walk along and let them roam free. Great place to stay

Sandy little place to escape too
Lovely little place on a clear day I expect it would be fantastic . We loved the flat clean, tidy and nicely styled. Had some good walks along the beach. Unfortunately for us a storm blew in the night we arrived. Note to self check weather forecast next time. Our dog poppy loved the beach spent weekend pretending she was a puppy again and not a 10yr golden retriever. The place is missing basic condiments salt and pepper. Sand gets in everywhere especially with the 60mph winds we had. The wind attempting to rip the front door off every time you needed to open it . Had a nice meal in the dune bar Just across from the place. Sunday roast on par with a Toby carvery I’d say. Would stay again but not in hurricane season.

I liked the apartment but I didnt realise until after booking that it is above a cafe which was very busy even late october and the generator that runs the cafe makes a grinding sound from opening to closing which annoyed a little. It was very peaceful at night though. The owners were helpful and friendly it would gave been helpful for the manual to include where the wifi code is and how to get the heaters to work as o had to text and ask. Overall the apartment was nice and the location good but I think the bathroom could do with a but of an overhaul to be rated a 4 star. Great place for me and the dogs though.

Great location and views.
Just came back from a lovely stay here, lovely little place with great views and everything you need. Only one downside is the bedroom is interconnected to the bedroom in cottage next door, so every time the neighbours came home late it woke us up ! But apart from that would stay again and take earplugs to sleep with. Enjoyed very much.
