Great place to stay!
We travel to Rye a couple of times per year to visit family and since there’s no room for us with family we need a place close by to stay. This met all of our needs. It’s comfortable, well stocked and has a fenced yard for our little dogs. It’s close to our family but there’s also plenty to do and see while you’re there. We drove to Westcliiffe and saw the beautiful fourteeners mountain range and ate lunch at Chappy’s Bar and Grill. We highly recommend it for the beautiful scenery and good food! Also, you can stop at St. Isabel and Bishops Castle along the way. You won’t be sorry you chose to stay at this lovely little house!

The inside is beautifully decorated and was spacious enough for our family. The home was very clean. The bunk beds were a bit small for our adult children but they made due.

We were in town for a wedding the weekend we stayed. We needed a place in a central location to everything we needed (and of course comfortable.) This really for the bill. We were right next to the diner for breakfast, a short drive from the wedding venue, and close enough to the highway to visit Bishop Castle. The property owner was helpful, accommodating, and quick with a response via chat. The house was comfortable and clean. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about this charming and cozy house! The large open kitchen area, well thought out decor, and hand painted walls are so welcoming and pleasing to the eye. This house truly had anything you could need. I really loved the sun room with books and games as well as the patio next to the apple trees. My boys enjoyed having hot chocolate in front of the small electric fireplace and we woke up to a beautiful buck just outside the window. Andrea was more than accommodating and a wonderful host! Thank you so much!!!

These folks did not cut any corners… The property was quiet, fantastic decor, the most comfortable beds, and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is no way I will stay anywhere else when I am needing to be back in that area. What a class act!

Very clean and modern with a lot of updates that I'd like to have in my house! Great location for a quiet getaway, Rye is hidden gem which I hope stays hidden. I'd recommend this place for couples or families with kids.

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable spot
We loved staying at your quiet get-away spot. Everything that we needed was there. It was all so comfortable. I especially enjoyed the sunshine each morning and spent time basking in it in the small sunroom. We also enjoyed the small town main street with good food and friendly people. We saw deer everyday in town and on our lovely scenic drives and walks. Took a short drive to Bishops castle....fascinating! And had a really good dinner at Three Sisters Tavern. Great time of year to go as the tourist season is not in bloom.
