Just a snowball's throw away from the chalet, 100 metres away, the ski bus awaits to take you swiftly to the nearest ski lift. Once the sun melts the snow, the centre of Saalbach beckons, just 1.2 km from your chalet door. For your daily essentials, the supermarket is a short, 1km walk away. And for those days when you don't want to be in the kitchen, you can visit the restaurant less than 400 metres' walk from

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
