It was amazing and I highly recommend with excellentstaff
Home sweet home. 1st I want to thank the Lord Almighty for His mercy and keeping us safe from all harm. Wow... This road trip with my Demi Oliver and Miriam Khan was a once in a life time experience. The photos we took is just memories but what the eyes saw was breathtaking. The friendly people at guest house and even on the streets was unreal. Thank you Oswald Matthews, Wendy Matthews, Gerard Benjamin allowing us for pit stops. Thank you Demi for your dayly updates, taking all the photos and you and Miriam for being my navigator. If you looking for a small power traveling car, go for Kia Picato.... Lastly if you looking for a house sitter, I recommend Samantha Johnson. She took good care of my animals, plants and house. I don't have enough words to thank her. Well, now I only have one day leave left to settle in and back to work so that I can start saving up for our next trip... Botswana or Namibia🤔... Live life to your fullest...

Just Okay
This location has seen better days, however you can tell that it used to be Ideal back in it’s prime. Rooms are either dilapidated or newly renovated. However no sound proofing, neighbors were up until early hours of the morning and they sounded like they were in the same room. Overall, the Sabie location does not have many choices so this place is not bad considering.

The venue, setting, security and location were great, near most attractions. Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. Walter made everyone's day with his ever willingness to help, kindness, politeness and selflessness. Xmas lunch was superb, but needed more staff to cater for the large number of guests. We rate this resort one of the best in Sabie. Our family were very satisfied and happy with our stay at the Floreat Resort.

Disgusted
This hotel should have it's stars removed! The place is filthy and disgusting. The bathroom had dried up urine all over the floor and toilet. We had to wash the bathroom before we could use it. The sheets are threadbare and have holes in them. The table cloths and napkins in the dining room has holes and had been burnt right through. I will not advise anyone to stay at this so called hotel.

Sort of a luxury motor lodge
This is a very nice sort of luxury African motor lodge. Each room has ground-level entry with a covered parking space right in front of the door. The rooms themselves are nice, but basic. Very spacious. The grounds and common areas are lovely. There is quite an extensive breakfast.

Great rooms and comfortable bed
The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Ordering ala carte took over an hour and the bar does not have much choice. Overall it was a good experience.

Very disapointed
First the good: the grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The common areas - restaurant, lounge, pool, etc are all very nice and well-kept. This really has the potential to be a wonderful resort! However, the rooms were horrible! The first room they gave us was on the second story of a four-room cottage and no one offered to help us carry our bags up the long flight of steps. Once I was in the room I noticed it was very dark, even with lights on. As I started taking a closer look I saw the room was filthy. There were dead bugs in the closet and bathroom. The sitting chair upholstery was covered in stains and so disgusting I would have been afraid to sit in it. But the worst was the bed duvet cover was also covered in stains, and some of them looked very fresh. It was a duvet so there was no excuse for it not to be laundered before new guests arrived. I went to the front desk to complain. The manager on duty was very apologetic and took us to another room. This on had a queen bed and was on a ground floor (still no one offered to help us drag our luggage back down the steps from the first room). First impression of the new room was very good, but then I looked up at the ceiling and saw brown spots all over it. Mold! The manager came buy to collect the key to the first room and I pointed it out to him. He said "oh, that's not mold it's from the recent rain." I just looked at him and then he quickly said "it's not mold, we had it tested." Right. What the heck else would it be?
