The space
This unit is part of a duplex with no shared spaces - Guest access cottage through Shankar alley and have personal parking spot. The home has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and patio with grill. All kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, linens, and towels are provided as well as a coffee kit plus basic spices for cooking. Also included: iron, ironing board, coffee maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The living room has flat screen Smart TV to login to your streaming accounts. Wifi and utilities included!

COTTAGE LIVING
Cottage - a small house, usually located in the countryside.
*squirrel - Nature gardener - exist on the property and will be occasionally seen being one with nature
*Roosters - crow - Roosters crow in the mornings because their internal clock tells them to. ear plugs will be provided
*Community Cats - outdoor, unowned, free-roaming cats - do not feed or pet
*Termites / bugs - The property is treated - the surrounding is owned by nature

• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere in the property including shared area. Please smoke away from the house.

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. Contact ahead of time

• Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM.

• Self-check-in with a smart lock.

• Do not disrespect your neighbors.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.

• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.

• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 11 pm.

• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
