Cute home
Not the greatest neighborhood.... house is cute. needs repairs. Looks like there may be mold growing on ceiling and could use water filtration system. The water smells horrible. The first thing that you see when you walk in the door is a sign that is welcoming "GATHER" yet you are not allowed to gather your family for Thanksgiving... very odd. I have to say I was disappointed. The host was nice.

This is a nicely furnished house with a beautifully landscaped backyard. It was equipped with everything we needed. It's located on Madison Avenue which is very noisy. But it's was convenient location, and easy to get anywhere.

Very clean and fully stocked. I didn’t like check in process and your noise after 9:30 rule because it’s so quiet is not accurate. The house is literally right on a very busy Madison Ave. Sirens and loud engines all night long. But I liked having a nice clean house to stay in

If you don’t mind major street noise.....
I was happy once we got inside the front door and closed the blinds. The duplexe itself was ok, remodeled so it was updated. When I turned on the heater you could smell dust burning. The vents and filters need cleaning ASAP. The sheets and bedding were old and worn. Kitchen had pretty much the basics except a large bowl for salad or popcorn. What I disliked was I didn’t get the address until the final payment. I wouldn’t have rented this place had I know it is on a major busy street with horrific car and street noise. Semi trucks and loud motorcycles all throughout the night was terrible. The neighborhood is run down and kind of scary. I didn’t feel safe. There cameras all over the front and back and garage with beware signs. It made me feel watched.

Great Remodel Very Clean!
This is one side of a duplex (thought it was a house) and I actually stayed on the other side Silver. Neighborhood a little run down but, once inside you forget all about it. walking distance to shopping, Starbucks VERY conveniently located. It's a DIAMOND in the rough, will definitely recommend and stay again when in town.

Great Place!
We stayed here for a softball tournament as this place is about 12 minutes away from the Sacramento Softball Complex. The house is exactly as described and the photos well represent the property. It's recently been remodeled and they keep it very clean. A few points worth mentioning: - the AC is strong and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. - the back patio seats 4 and has 2 side chairs too. - the BBQ is large with a lot of grilling space and lots of BTUs (the owner dropped off an extra propane tank after we mentioned we would be grilling). - there is a grocery store right across the street There is a bit of road noise but nothing that bothered us. We would stay here again.
