We were there for three nights. Staff did not clean and replace the towels in our room after the second night. They need a new toaster in breakfast area. It wasn't working. We loved the bed.

I loved the customer service here, the only area for improvement is restoring the elevator. It took forever to get in and out of the elevator. Besides that, everything else was great.

Amazing customer service
The front desk went above and beyond and were extremely nice! We had wet soccer uniforms and they dried them for us because the washer and driers were full. We got an early check in also and they were a pleasure to stay at.
