I arrived and even called ahead for eary check in as im here for a wedding and needed extra time. I was declined the request. I arrived after the recpetion only to be checked into a lesser type room (double bed basic vs my studio King bed suite) terrible management. Im told theyre booked full by front desk. Way to mismanage the hotel you idiots

This place was unique and quiet. We liked the view from our window. The bars were nearby and the bar at the hotel was a vibe. Our room was clean and cold. It was easy to check in and out. I would recommend getting valet parking overnight. Very convenient.

Overall great place to stay if you want the feels of midtown Sacramento. Great walking area to the few nearby restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing and responsive when I ran into a small issues with my room. The room was spacious and very nice, pictures don’t do it justice!

Really enjoyed my stay for my birthday. To me, this hotel is a beautiful hidden gem!! Amazing hospitality starting from the phone call I had over the phone with ((starts with a K I’m sorry I cannot remember her name)) she was nice enough to upgrade me just because it was my birthday!!! Check in was smooth, my room was ready early and the room itself was very clean and comfy. I appreciated the restaurant staff and their service. I absolutely should have been better with names but I really enjoyed my time here and can’t wait to come back for another staycation!
