The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the food and coffee were very good. The only down-side at this property was the pervasive stench of pot which lingered in hallways and elevators.

Our room was old and run down. The people next to us were smoking weed and cigarettes and the ventilation system brought the smell into our room. They charged us 2 times on 2 different cards after a “misunderstanding” between what the manager had told me at check in and what the lady told me when we checked out. The manager is a nice guy but the stay was overpriced and trashy. We have always stayed here when visiting and will not return and will tell others to find better accommodations. Super.

Where is the hot water?! 📢
Service, cleanliness, and breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately what made our stay unpleasant towards the end was the fact that we were unable to get hot water from the shower in the morning before checking out. We called the front desk and were told to let the water run for five minutes and after 20 minutes, still no hot water. My boyfriend and I had to take turns helping each other shower using the ice bucket and hot water from the sink. Also, the a/c would not cool the room no matter how low the temperature was set. I would return but stay only after making sure that the a/c and hot water are available upon arriving.

My hotel stay!!
I love the room I was in, but the mattress was to squeaky, the bathroom sink water was running slow. Their was no shower gel dispenser!! Breakfast this morning was good, but the apple juice & orange juice was warm I told the cook, the cook escorted me to the front desk. They said it was broken, my response was unplugged it, put a note on it and say not in used.

The only issue we had was with our TV not working but the front desk were eventually able to swith out the cable box and one of the handles on the closet door is missing. We're actually staying a second night.
