Booked room on Expedia, got time for check in was told that room doesn't exist. Asked for comparable room, told them im just sleeping in it for one night. Took 25 minutes to get a new room. Room was ok, clean no thrills which was fine. Breakfast was fair, wet scrambled eggs, jimmy dean sausage and regular stuff like cereal and toast. Overall I'd probably still stay there again for location and cleanliness of property.

Close to outlet shopping . The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs updating in rooms and especially the pool. Breakfast was very limited but the scrambled eggs were good. We would not stay here again.

We would stay here again The staff was very nice , Our room was Clean and Breakfast was fresh food and extremely clean! Downside is the beds need new Mattress's and the rooms need upgrading Especially bathrooms. We also felt safe !! Staff gets 5 stars

This hotel is in need of serious renovations. Do not book a jetted tub room as the tubs are all cracked and leaving underneath the floor soaking the carpet in the room. disgusting. the room smelled musty from the wet carpet. the staff did their best to be accommodating but that room should not be available to book.

I want to preface this by saying that I was a housekeeper for over 5 years, and I don't like leaving these kinds of reviews. I know how harsh people can be when staff are doing their best to have rooms cleaned before check-in time. I booked my room for cheap last minute. I was expecting the, "You get what you paid for." The curtains had weird stains, one of the lights didn't work, we had a dirty blanket rolled up in the closet, and our top blanket had to be replaced because it had a huge stain on it. Not that this one was a big deal, but the pillows also appeared to have been just tossed at the top of the bed. However, I was not expecting black mold. My husband and I needed to crash after a late night concert, so we didn't notice it in the bathroom until the morning. My husband woke up congested, and my eyes and throat were scratchy. I can't comprehend why anyone would overlook that. I'm very disappointed. The front desk staff was really kind, and we really appreciated that they let us check in after midnight. But, we will not stay here again. If you stay, check in early and do a thorough look before it's too late.

Run down, some staff was great and some were terrible, pool/hot tub closed an entire day we were there then the water was too cold our final day, breakfast was good one day and terrible the next day. End door doesn’t work with a key card. It was worth $100 a night but not more than that.
