Then i got locked out of my room at midnight & the guy had to come open my bedroom door with the fob around his neck became he said my keys wasn't going to work until the "SYSTEM" was reset, which would take about 30 minutes. I had to laugh to keep from crying...

During checkin. Front desk full of guests. Room not ready till 4. Trista relied checkin at. No guarantees. Bad attitude. Front desk check seemed to be confused during two night stay rooms garbage not collected. Housekeeping seemed to short staffed. Front staff doing rooms left the desk empty when l first arrived at 1:30. Seemed management was not around or didn’t care. Not a pleasant experience!!!
