No organization at all. Going to get food from the buffet is like going to war. Restaurants à la carte are closed even if the hotel is at capacity. One restaurant “Taste of Spain” that is open serves only ONE menu every day. Not menu to choose from, just one plate. Majority of people not waiting the bracelet indicating they’re part of the all inclusive yet they’ll eating and drinking. The reception indicated that room service isn’t available, but saw multiple “friends” of the staff getting this service. It is a chaotic place. Please avoid at all cost. We go a lot to other all inclusives in Morocco, this was our worst experience ever.

Horrible hotel in Saidia
Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented.

Dirty Rooms... mosquitoes on the walls ... either stuck on the wall or splattered in the walls. blood on the floor in some instances ... The staff doesn’t care about our presence ... seems to be doing us a favor more than service. Food was mostly bland .. or cold ... despite many choices available. Same problem as every other hotel in Morocco... great location and property but terribly run and terrible customer service. These should be given to hotel management groups with experience...

Mise à part une receptioniste qui travaillais pour 10 le reste du personnel sont en mode vacances. Le ménage est baclé, tu comprend mieux quand tu vois qu'une femme de ménage bécote avec un autre membres du personnel dans les chambres. L' hôtel ne mérite pas ce standing surtout quand tu prend une suite et que c'est sale à l'intérieur des équipements déffectueux. Les repas ne sont même pas cuit. En plus tu viens pour te reposer tu te retrouve en face d'une boîte de nuit sans qu'on te le dise au départ. Les douches n'avaient pas de portes donc je peux garantir qu'il y'avait de l'eau partout. Vraiment déçu de A à Z surtout vu le prix de la nuit ça ne vaut pas le coup.

Hotel que je ne recommande pas dutout, tous ce qui est ecrit sur la reservation est fausse, les chambre ne son pas nettoyez les deap pas changer juste les serviettes. Tous le monde est tombée malade pendant le sejour et tous les clients se plaignaient mal de vendre diarrhées vomissement. Il ne s agit absolument pas d un 5etoiles. Nos vacances ont ete gâché par se sejour. Je cherche a faire une réclamation mais aucun mail ni numero de tel a disponible. J’ai effectuer une réservation au alentour de 15h30 à travers votre application, arrive au Radisson s’enchaîne les mauvaise surprise ! Et preuves à l’appuie!!! - Ma réservation est introuvable soit disant selon Salma l’hôtesse et responsable selon elle, encore, du service que ma réservation n’est toujours pas arrivé par vos service. J’attend plus de 40 minute avec mes jumelle de 6 mois et mon épouse pour qu’aux final elle me dit que la suite que j’ai réservé est indisponible et quelle ne peut rien faire! J’ai payée une autre chambre, et toujours aucun remboursement malgré tous mes mail que je vous ai déjà envoyé. Merci de me recontacter

Magnifique Séjour d'une dizaine de jours en famile
Le personnel accueillant, chaleureux, d'un grand professionnalisme, d'une gentillesse rare ! Nous avons été impressionnés par la merveilleuse équipe d'animateurs. Hyper actifs, danseurs et danseuses hors pairs, sachant nous motiver pour participer aux différentes activités sportives et ludiques, le tout dans un bon esprit empli de gentillesse et surtout à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le soir, au quotidien, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir leurs shows dignes de grands professionnels, leurs qualités de danseurs nous a vraiment impressionné. En un mot, une Equipe au TOP !!! Je cite Ayoub, Selma, Tarek, Ismael, Younès et le reste de la Superbe équipe ! Encore une fois BRAVO !
