Fabulous house
We absolutely loved this property and itā€™s location. The owners were friendly and helpful on arrival and the house is a real home from home and extremely well stocked both in terms of the kitchen/store cupboard and also games (table tennis and pool) and music ( loved the CD player and large eclectic CD collection. The valley is stunningly beautiful and so quiet and just a 15 min drive to the village bakery in the valley bottom. For some people this house may not quite be clean enough but we loved the fact it felt loved and lived in and definitely hope to return one day - so many walks and so little time!

Nous avons passĆ© dans ce chalet une trĆØs agrĆ©able semaine entre amis ce mois d'aoĆ»t. Il est trĆØs bien situĆ©, suffisamment isolĆ© pour profiter du calme de la montagne (superbe vue depuis les terrasses), proche de Monestier de Clermont pour les courses et les marchĆ©s, Ć  20 min Ć  pied de la riviĆØre et proche des dĆ©parts de belles randonnĆ©es au pied du massif du Vercors. Il est aussi bien Ć©quipĆ©, et mĆŖme avec des jeux qui ont fait le bonheur de deux petits enfants. Jean-Luc et Alain on Ć©tĆ© trĆØs disponibles et arrangeants pour l'entrĆ©e et la sortie du logement..

Belle grande demeure qui a une Ć¢me. Mobilier rĆ©tro OK mais les literies mĆ©riteraient dā€™ĆŖtre rĆ©novĆ©es. Seules 3 chambres sont vraiment exploitables. Barbecue au gaz trĆØs apprĆ©ciable ! Quelle vue et quel calme depuis la terrasse, un vrai atout.

Super sĆ©jour au calme au mileu des montagnes alpines et des prĆØs. La maison est bien agencĆ©e, rien ne manque. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© ravi de cette location dans un cadre magnifique. Juste un petit bĆ©mol, certaines literies sont un peu fatiguĆ©es. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison pour passer de supers moments entre amis ou en famille.

Un chalet magnifique. Tous les amĆ©nagements en bois d'orme massif. L'Ć©quipement est surabondant Ć  tous points de vue. La grande piĆØce, les deux terrasses, permettent la vie Ć  douze sans se bousculer. Pendant les deux semaines de canicules (32Ā° dans la journĆ©e), l'intĆ©rieur est restĆ© vivable. Seul bĆ©mol : trois chambres pour douze personnes, c'est un peu compliquĆ© Ć  gĆ©rer ; heureusement les terrasses ont accueilli ceux qui ont dormi Ć  la belle Ć©toile. A cette altitude les ciels sont magnifiques. Ils s'en souviendront ! Par contre le dortoir, c'est gĆ©nial pour les ados. Un point Ć  rectifier dans la description : les lits doubles font 140 de large, et non 150. Et l'adresse postale est inconnue de tous les sites de cartographie, donc des GPS. Pour conclure c'est un lieu oĆ¹ il fait bon vivre. Merci Ć  nos hĆ“tes.

Excellent sĆ©jour. RĆ©gion superbe. Chalet au calme, vue superbe, trĆØs agrĆ©able Ć  vivre, bien Ć©quipĆ©. HĆ“te trĆØs accueillant. Petit bĆ©mol. Il nā€™y a que 3 vraies chambres , plus une mezzanine avec 2 lits. Le dortoir est difficilement accessible et les fenĆŖtres du dit dortoir sans volets ni rideaux occultants. Pour autant nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de villĆ©giature.

Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature
Nous avons passĆ© un super sĆ©jour. La maison est complĆØtement Ć©quipĆ©e en Ć©lectromĆ©nager ce qui est un confort. Lā€™accueil fait par Alain a Ć©tĆ© parfait. Une vue imprenable sur les montagne, la maison est situĆ© dans un Ć©crin de verdure. RandonnĆ©e et balades Ć  vtt au dĆ©part de la maison. Les deux chambres de lā€™Ć©tage sont suffisamment spacieuses pour accueillir des lits parapluie. Le dortoir est idĆ©al pour des ados ayant envie dā€™un coin Ć  eux. Une salle de bain Ć  lā€™Ć©tage et salle dā€™eau au rdv, parfait quand plusieurs personnes cohabitent, il nā€™y a pas besoin de faire la queue pour pouvoir prendre sa douche.

TrĆØs belle maison avec une vue superbe, un bel espace de vie pour des retrouvailles en famille et un bon accueil. Toutefois une dĆ©ception de notre cĆ“tĆ© car 4 chambres + 1 mezzanine sont prĆ©cisĆ©es dans l'annonce... Hors c'est 3 chambres, 1 mezzanine et pour le dortoir il s'agit de combles amĆ©nagĆ©s avec des matelas au sol, accessibilitĆ© difficile pour des enfants en bas-Ć¢ge qui se lĆØvent encore la nuit (Ć©chelle et petite porte), pas de chauffage, ni rideau --> inutilisable. Je le prĆ©cise pour les familles qui comme dans notre cas auraient eu besoin de cette 4ĆØme chambre. Hormis ce point je recommande!
