Gîte of 60 m² on raised ground floor, living room with kitchen area and lounge area, wood pellet stove, 2 bedrooms including 1 on mezzanine, terrace. Electric heating. The owner, a farmer, will offer you his farm products from his outdoor pig and lamb breeding. Possibility of renting another rural gîte for 2 people nearby (n°3400). New photos of the interior of the gîte available in the spring, after the work... The Malème farm, a former wine farm, has been operated by the same family since the end of the 19th century. A product of our manufacture will be offered to you upon arrival. You will appreciate the swimming pool opened in 2018 (10x3.5) on enclosed grounds of 450 m² (surroundings currently being finished), reserved for the 2 gîtes and the owner, the pool house for a drink... all in a very Tuscan atmosphere.
