Former hotel converted into a residence, this building built in 1926 in the purest Art Deco style faces the Saint-Cast golf course (18 holes) which runs along the magnificent Pen Guen beach, a hundred meters away. The apartment, classified furnished with tourism category 4 stars, is located on the raised ground floor and enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Completely renovated by an architect, very spacious, comfortable, bright and functional, and with imposing volumes, it is equipped with high-end equipment. Its subtle decoration and its warm atmosphere will not leave you indifferent! Also at your disposal: a ping-pong room, a bicycle and windsurfing room, 3 clay tennis courts (payable), parking and a pretty shaded park. During the months of July and August, you will find a beach club for children and a sailing school (courses and rental of windsurfers, catamarans, sea kayaks, stand-up paddles ...).

I do not impose a cleaning package in order to minimize the cost for vacationers. In return, I invite you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Relaxed short stay.
Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay.

Hello, We staid there for one week with a couple and had a really good time. The appartment is f´great for 2 couples with all comfort which is needed. The location close to the beach and the beach restaurant was incredible. We had a really good time everthing was there which was needed, and the reception was great.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in historischem Art déco Hotel
Unser fünftägiger Aufenthalt in St. Cast le Guildo wird einen besonderen Platz in unserer Erinnerung behalten. Die Ferienwohnung im historischen Art déco Hotel „Le Celtic“ ist ausgesprochen stilvoll ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Und doch fehlt es nicht an Gemütlichkeit und Wohlgefühl. Der Ausblick aus dem fantastischen großen Frontfenster auf das Meer am Horizont ist bei jedem Wetter traumhaft schön! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine offene Küche mit Küchenzeile, mehrere Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und 2 Badezimmer machen den Aufenthalt auch mit Kindern sehr erholsam - unser Krabbelkind konnte sich so ausschließlich im Erdgeschoss aufhalten, so dass uns jede Sorge im Bezug auf Balustrade oder Treppe erspart blieb. Parkplätze hinter dem Hotelgebäude erlauben eine sehr komfortable Anreise. Zuletzt ist die Lage in kürzester Laufdistanz zum wunderschönen ‚Plage de Pen Guen‘ sowie die ganz besonders freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hervorzuheben, die Ihre Gäste mit zahlreichen wertvollen Informationen ausstatten, sehr herzlich empfangen und jederzeit erreichbar sind! Danke für diese herrlichen Tage!

Superbe appartement
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Cast-le Guildo. La vue du séjour est splendide, l'appartement spatieux et la décoration trés réussie. La cuisine bien équipée et trés fonctionnelle. Nous avons aussi profité de la salle de ping-pong entre nos ballades et la plage toute proche.

Week-end entre amis
Super week-end dans ce grand appartement vue sur mer. Malgré un soucis d'incompréhension au niveau des dates de séjour (et je men excuse encore) mr yves marie et pascal le réceptionniste ont su apporté une solution au problème. Je recommande fortement cet appartement en bord de mer, calme, apaisant décoré avec gout. Le propriétaire et le réceptionniste sont très gentils, compréhensibles très arrangeants. Un grand merci à eux. Que de bons souvenirs pour ce week-end entre amis. Nous gardons cette adresse pour revenir aux beaux jours pour découvrir davantage st gast et ses alentours. Une superbe région.

Très bon accueil par Pascal 👍 Logement conforme à la description et très bien équipé pour 8 personnes, tant au niveau de la cuisine (couverts en nombre, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, verres à vin,....) que des loisirs (livres, DVD, matériel de pêche à pied...). Pièce de vie spacieuse et espaces nuits séparés, literie de qualité. Vue mer, au départ des sentiers de rando et à 2 minutes du centre ville en véhicule. Résidence très calme (mi novembre) et stationnement facile. Nous n'hésiterons pas à conserver cette adresse pour de prochains séjours à St Cast.

Gut gelegen, schöner Blick
Wohnung gut gelegen, Parkplätze am Haus. Allerdings fehlt, wenn man wie wir mit 3 Paaren unterwegs war, die "Privatsphäre" - zwischen dem oberen und dem unteren Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Decke nur aus einlagigen Holzbohlen. Man konnte sich von oben nach unten perfekt unterhalten und konnte auch anhand des Lichts, das durch die Ritzen fiel, sehen, ob das Zimmer und das danebenliegende Bad besetzt waren. Für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt war das okay, für einen längeren Urlaub hätte uns dieser Zustand nicht gefallen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Küche Top ausgestattet aber.... Privatsphäre null. Man hört alles von der einen in die andere Ecke der Wohnung. Die Dielen oben knarren. Wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig schlafen, geht da gar nichts. An der Reinigung wird immer gespart. Spinnweben sogar in den Schränken. Ich kann nicht sagen wann hier zuletzt richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen sogar noch Fussnägel unter dem Couchtisch. Die Matratzen sind total durch. Die Couch und Sessel ebenfalls. Die Kissen auf der Couch sind total schmuddelig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche nur auf Wunsch gegen Zusatzgebühr. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung gut gedacht, jedoch schlecht gemacht. Schade eigentlich. Sauberkeit steht writ im Hintergrund.

Bel appartement avec une superbe vue. Appartement bien équipé avec une salle de bain attenante à une chambre au RDC, un WC séparé au RDC et une salle d'eau à l'étage avec un WC séparé à l'étage. Bien agencé avec beaucoup d'espace. La literie est très bien et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci pour tout.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et vue exceptionnelle
Un weekend en famille pour découvrir la Côte d'Émeraude entre Saint Malo et le Cap Fréhel. L'appartement se trouve dans un ancien hôtel face à la mère et idéalement situé pour partir à la découverte de ce magnifique coin de Bretagne. Les propriétaires se sont montrés disponibles par échange de messages, le logement était chauffé à notre arrivée et très bien entretenu. A recommander!
