Beautiful comfortable chalet for 8 people on Saint-Chaffrey, located on the heights, quiet.

Entrance on the ground floor, garage, toilet, pantry area with washing machine.

On the first floor:
Main living room with living room, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, extractor, kettle, raclette sets, fondue, filter coffee maker) open to the dining area, with access to the south balcony.
A separate area with a television lounge (which can be used as a bed thanks to the sofa bed), south-facing terrace, beautiful unobstructed view.

On the second floors:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and en-suite shower rooms, as well as 2 bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.

Very good overall condition.

Access to the slopes by shuttle bus (400 meters) or by car (2.5 kilometers from the Chantemerle lifts).
