HOUSE BEACH 200 M SANDS VINEYARDS OLERON ISLAND DOMINO

Recent house in very good condition, built in 2006, conveniently located between the beach walk to 2 mm, the pine forest and wild dunes a few steps to make beautiful walks or bike, a very important cycling network allows you to visit the island safely, thus making the Domino market a 10-minute bike open during the summer season, the bulk of your shopping hyper markets that are about ten Km drive in the municipality of Saint Pierre D'Oléron, in season from May to October this a supermarket located 50 meters away, you can find the basic necessities, thus q restaurant, pizzeria and bar, bike rental that are as close proximity to 400 m.

The land is fully enclosed by a gate, parking 1 car outside the house.

Enclosed and planted garden of 250 m² with a terrace at the back, on this one there is a barbecue.

The house includes a large room living / kitchen, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe one with 140 bed the other two beds of 90, bathroom (shower, vanity with storage, washing machine), separate toilet, lounge is equipped a sofa bed 1/2 pers.

Malheureusement, nous n'étions pas satisfaits de l'hébergement à Saint-Georges d’Oléron. Les "informations clés" reçues avant notre voyage donnaient des informations incorrectes sur la personne à contacter pour nous donner accès à la maison, ainsi que des informations sur l'accès au wifi. Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la chambre principale car il y avait une odeur extrêmement forte provenant des égouts. En fait, nous avons dû garder la porte de la chambre bien fermée pour éviter que l'odeur ne se propage dans toute la maison. Mon mari, au stade 3 d'un cancer de la vessie, prefère avoir une chambre separée en raison de ses soins. J'ai donc du dormi sur le canapé ce qui était très gênant. En raison de la santé de mon mari, nous souhaitions également passer la plupart de nos soirées tranquillement à la maison. Cependant, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, même pas pour les chaînes françaises. M. Pascal, le gérant extrêmement sympathique, a passé plus d'une heure à tenter en vain de résoudre le problème. Par la suite il a contacté le propriétaire qui n’a rien fait de tout. La maison était dans un endroit charmant, près de la plage et des restaurants, mais jusqu'à ce que le problème de drainage soit résolu je ne pourrais pas recommander cet hébergement.

AGREABLE SEJOUR ILE D'OLERON
plage boyard, st trojean, les sables vigniers. Balades à vélo avec belles pistes cyclables, balade à st pierre, jolies boutiques...juin propice au calme. Détente assurée. Bon séjour à La Belette
La Belette et une belle location, bien équipée, bien placée, proche de la plage, d'une bonne boulangerie et de 2 marchés à Cheray et Domino que l'on peut rejoindre en vélo. La location est en face d'un camping, qui dispose d'une supérette, d'un bar, resto, pizzeria (très bonne). A savoir que certains soirs, il y a des animations au camping, celles-ci s'arrêtent à 23 h. Un inconvénient : les livraisons très matinales et assez bruyantes à la supérette et au resto surtout lorsqu'il fait chaud (comme la période que nous avons connu) et que l'on est obligé de dormir avec les fenêtres et les volets ouverts. Un ventilateur ou autre système de rafraichissement est à envisager pour l'avenir.

Quiétude à Olèron
Superbe semaine de vacances à Olèron. La location était parfaite, rien ne manque . La plage à proximité du logement et le soleil au rendez-vous, que demander de plus ? Super semaine emplacement idéal à 5 à pied de la plage des sables vigniers (grande plage de sable, rocher pour chercher des crabes avec les enfants).
