La maison est suffisamment grande avec une distribution adaptée pour ne pas se gêner à 7. Equipement plus que satisfaisant. Equipement de la plus petite chambre au rez de chaussée faible (Pas de tables de nuit, de lampes de chevet ....) La piscine est un plus ainsi que les jeux dans le jardin, les chaises longues. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne de confiance sont à souligner.

Charmant séhour à Saint Georges de Didonne.
Location très bien agencée et équipée. La résidence est calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités, marché. Qualité des pistes cyclables qui permettent de faire des excursions sans avoir besoin de reprendre la voiture. Je recommande cette location.

Maison agréable et spacieuse, proche de la mer et des commerces. Seul bémol, la propreté des couettes et oreillers (taches jaunâtres) et la chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionnait pas bien dans les toilettes du réa de chaussée.. mis à part cela nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

super sur la situation , le calme, la piscine (au soleil toute la journée et la surface de la maison
bonss points Mauvais points: la piscine n'a pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée. le barbecue est à remplacer (trop vieux et trop petit) et pas de matériel de barbecue. les lattes du lit à l'étage ne tiennent pas pas de plats pirex ou autres dans la cuisine. étendoir à linge trop petit (nous n'étions que 4) problème de chasse d'eau dans les toilettes du bas. salle de bain à renover. Fuite de la machine à laver le linge. A revoir également compte tenu du prix des lits en 160. Bons points : la surface de la maison , son emplacement au calme et la piscine même non nettoyée, au soleil toute la journée et d'une bonne dimension.

Passer de bonnes vacances....
...peut être ci facile. Nous (2 familles avec des "enfants" 16-19 ans) avons passé de belles vacances dans cette maison situé dans un quartier calme. La maison était nettoyé par une entreprise, par contre pas 100% satisfaisant (1 poubelle pas vidée et le frigo pas propre). Ok, ça arrive et ce n'est pas la fin du monde mais enfin pour 120€on pourrait bien l'expecter... bref....Mais apart ça, vraiment rien à critiquer. L' accueil était très bien organisé avec premier contact quelques jours avant l'arrivée et accueil personnel sur place par un concierge sympa qui nous a tout montré et expliqué, recommandations touristiques et de restaurations inclus. La maison est très bien équipée et avec 2 sdb et 2 toilettes, bien confortable pour y habiter avec 8 personnes. La cuisine est super-bien équipée et permettait même de faire des gaufres ou des tartes et même de l'espresso (grande Bialetti). De plus, le barbecue nous a bien servi pour griller en autre du poisson, qu'on avait acheté au marché de Royan. Top! La piscine avec système de pompe était propre et nettoyée 1x par semaine manuellement et nous a bien servi pour se rafraîchir pendant les journées chaudes et les relaxs permettaient de se reposer et bronzer un peu.. A l'intérieur comme dehors, on trouve beaucoup de jeux/jouets pour les grands mais (surtout) aussi pour les petits enfants (toboggan, balançoire, trampoline, table ping-pong, etc). Terrasse assez grande avec table et banc pour manger à 8. Beau terrain avec parking qui permet de garer 2 grandes voitures sans problème. Je peux vraiment recommander cette maison car nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances très agréables.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec un jardin génial pour les enfants( trampoline, balançoire, table ping-pong et piscine). La salle de jeu intérieure est un grand plus! À refaire!
