It consists of a living room with a television and a computer with internet access and Wi-Fi. Possibility of a sofa bed sleeping arrangement. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with a billiard table. Ocean bedroom has electric beds and a separate area for two additional sleeping arrangements. property very comfortable and plenty to entertain the children from swimming in pool to watching netflix on tv. We loved the fabulous views of the sea from the very large balcony and even found ourselves staying in some evenings and cooking which i would never do on holidays

A real treat.
Without doubt the best self-catering property we have rented. The layout for our family of 4 was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. The open plan living area was massive for us. The chairs and sofa were comfy. The dining table converting into a pool table was a bonus. The huge TV was great as we took a PS4 with us for DVDs, games, Netflix, Amazon video (an Xbox 360 is already there for your use anyway!) The galley kitchen is very well specced out and the utility room was handy too. As the apartment is the whole of the 2nd floor of the building (plus roof space for extra bedrooms), the outside terrace area is huge. The view out to the Atlantic is wonderful and the sound of the sea is ever there, even on calm days when waves are washing up the beach. We stayed off-season and the area was very quiet which we liked. I imagine in the summer it is chaotic as the shoreline appears to be primarily summer houses and apartments. Having said that, the seafront has a very slow speed limit so I'd guess the traffic noise is pretty minimal even in peak season. Thanks to Nicolas and Celine for the excellent communications throughout the holiday process. And also to Perrine for the meet and greet, and explanations of everything despite our mutual language barrier! We'd wholly recommend this as a base for a Vendee holiday. Within a hour's driving radius there is lots to discover.

Le lieu est magnifique. La villa bien conçue (vue à 180° sur mer) est très bien équipée , décorée avec goût et beaucoup de soins. Le jacuzzi et la piscine bien que cette dernière manque de système de nage à contre courant, les vélos à disposition, sont un plus qui a permis à la famille de passer de très agréables vacances. Tres beau duplex tout équipé tres tres belle vue sur la mer et piece avec piscine et spa splendide... Petit bemol a la reservation il y avait un billard mais plus a notre arrivee, et le contre-courant de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas...a part ça excellent sejour je recommande. Et un grand merci aux filles de la conciergerie, dispos souriante et pros.

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique avec le coucher de soleil superbe.la terrasse demi couverte est très appréciable quand il pleut un peu. L’appartement est bien équipé,la distribution des chambre est pas forcément pratique.après on s’adapte. Le centre ville n’est pas forcément à côté mais cela permet de longer la côte à pied et c’est agréable sinon il faut prendre la voiture ou les vélos prêter dans la location. L’ascenseur est très appréciable quand on rentre d’une bonne balade même si l’appartement n’est situé qu’au deuxième et dernier étage. La résidence est très calme avec seulement 4 logement et très propre.le parking et la place dans la résidence sont très appréciable. Dommage que dans la piscine la nage à contre courant ne fonctionne pas. Le jacuzzi avec vue mer est très bien . L’accueil de Perrine est très bien et très ponctuelle. Ce séjour en famille a été très appréciable avec une belle semaine passée à prendre l’apéro sur la terrasse.😉 Je recommande ce logement. Merci

Gut Lage direkt am Atlantik, aber ohne Fahrrad oder Auto ist man verloren.
Im Internet gut beschrieben. Mit Billardtisch, dieser ist eigentlich der abgedeckte Esstisch. Drei Defekte Cue. Der Tisch ist schief. Der Pool hat im Internet eine Gegenstromanlage, in Wirklichkeit ist die wegen Lärmbelästigung der unterhalb liegenden Wohnung abgestellt und darf nicht benutzt werden. Wozu brauche ich denn dann einen Pool? Der ist ja nicht gerade groß! Im Internet stand, 6 Fahrräder vor Ort. 4 davon sind für Kinder unter 10 Jahre, zwei sind Schrott, vordere Bremse geht nicht, Schaltung funktioniert teilweise nicht, Sattelverstellung verrostet, etc. Der zusätzliche Whirlpool konnte von 14 gemieteten Tagen an 5 wegen Wasserqualitätsproblemen erst garnicht benutzt werden. Der elektrische Außengrill viel am Tag eins aus, da der Stecker durchgebrannt war. Am nächsten Tag kam Hilfe der sich das Problem ansah, wiederum ein Tag später wurde der Grill repariert sowie die komplette Aussensteckdose erneuert. Zum Glück ist die Gegend für ihren Wein und das Essen bekannt. Gerne wieder dort hin, aber nicht mehr in dieses Appartement. Am Abreisetag kam die Frau zur Rücknahme der Wohnung und Rpckzahlung der Kaution um 40 Minuten zu spät. Vermieter sagte Sie habe verschlafen, die Frau sagte, ich dachte sie möchten erst um 10 Uhr zurück nach Deutschland fahren. Es wurde aber schriftlich 8:00 Uhr vereinbart. Also Zusammenfassend: sehr schöne Gegend, wir sind Familie und hatten trotzdem Spaß.

Super semaine dans une magnifique location
Très bel appartement, tout confort, adapté aux enfants. Magnifique vue. Au calme, au dernier étage. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont supers et très agréable en cas de mauvais temps. Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Très belle location, bien équipée. Vue splendide.
Le penthouse est très bien équipé. L'accueil de Perrine est chaleureux. L'ensemble de l'appartement est soigné et propre. La mise à disposition des vélos est un plus( nombreuses pistes cyclables). C'est par contre dommage qu'il faille payer des suppléments pour le linge de lit, de toilette.... Location haut de gamme qui pourrait d'emblée intégrer tous ces à-côtés. Le coût de la location peut vite grimper en frais supplémentaires ! Le début du séjour s'est fait sous la grisaille et la pluie, la piscine , le jacuzzi et le billard ont largement compensé la météo ! Puis le ciel s'est éclairé ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse avec une vue magnifique. C'est une location que je recommande vivement !

Nous n'étions pas dans cette location pour des vacances mais pour travailler dans un environnement agréable et nous pouvons dire que travailler sur l'ordinateur avec cette vue magnifique sur la mer en permanence, c'était le bonheur ! Merci à Nicolas et à Perrine pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité, on a passé une magnifique semaine pour l'anniversaire de mon mari, on serait bien restés plus longtemps ! Sigrid et Jean-Marc

Stunning View/ superb duplex
This is a very well equipped duplex with stunning view over the atlantic Ocean. We enjoyed the Pool and jacuzzi very much. Another plus was the Barbecue ,we used it nearly every day to grill fresh seafood. The small beaches just over the Street are very nice and Not Crowdsourcing. Very nice contact with the owner, Nicolas, who was always very helpful. Can absolutely recommend this property!

Une super semaine dans un appartement de rêve... Tout est parfait : Un accueil très sympa… Une localisation parfaite, face à la mer, couchés de soleil en prime… Des équipements haut de gamme, il ne manque rien… La décoration est de très bon goût… Le soleil était de la partie mais même avec un peu de pluie, tout est prévu pour ne pas s’ennuyer… Piscine et SPA au TOP face à la mer… Billard… Et sur la superbe terrasse, grillades sur la plancha… Bref, difficile de faire mieux… un appartement à recommander sans modération… A renouveler   
