Lovely Stay at St Hilaire la Palud

The house was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace, pool, bicycles, and grounds. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious and friendly making us feel right at home.

Le logement Ć©tait grand et trĆØs agrĆ©able. Nous avons profitĆ© du grand jardin mis Ć  disposition. De plus, grĆ¢ce la localisation du gĆ®te, nous avons pu visiter le marais et nous promener Ć  La Rochelle.

Lovely house and garden

We had a superb stay with Rose Line and her husband. The kids loved the swimming pool and our (small) dog loved the large and beautiful garden. Drive to the oceans is a little over 1/2h. La Rochelle is a nice place.

Nous avons passĆ© une trĆØs agrĆ©able semaine dans le marais poitevin. L'appartement correspond en tous points Ć  la description. Les propriĆ©taires sont charmants et vous mettent Ć  l'aise. Ils se rendent disponibles dĆØs que besoin et sont Ć©galement trĆØs discrets. On se sent bien dans cette location! Une barque , des vĆ©los Ć  disposition pour dĆ©couvrir le marais et ses alentours, du bonheur! Par ces fortes chaleurs nous avons aussi profitĆ© d'une piscine trĆØs bien entretenue et trĆØs agrĆ©able ainsi que d'une climatisation au top. Un grand merci! Le logement permet de rayonner facilement pour visiter les points d'intĆ©rĆŖt de la rĆ©gion, entre terre et mer c'est idĆ©al. il faut faire un peu de route mais les trajets permettent aussi de profiter de jolies architectures. Merci encore aux propriĆ©taires pour ce sĆ©jour dĆ©paysant et reposant; nous recommandons absolument ce gite pour qui est Ć  la recherche de vacances sans stress.

Excellent hĆ©bergement au cœur du marais poitevin. Nous avons particuliĆØrement apprĆ©ciĆ© lā€™amabilitĆ© de nos hĆ“tes. Avec nos petits-enfants nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ© la piscine en cette pĆ©riode de canicule. Et la mise Ć  disposition de la barque pour faire un tour sur les canaux est un plus bien agrĆ©able. Nous reviendrons.
