The rez-de-chaussée level features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality memory foam queen beds. These rooms open up to large patio doors that lead directly to the spa, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor relaxation. The main floor also boasts a cozy living area with a warm indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large patio with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.
You will also find the third bedroom, which includes a private balcony offering a captivating view of the river. This level provides additional privacy and an elevated perspective of the beautiful surroundings. Each floor level has its own bathroom with shower.

Outside, the expansive outdoor space includes a large area for bonfires and a splendid patio directly accessible from the living room and kitchen. Here, you can unwind with breathtaking views and take full advantage of the scenic beauty of Charlevoix.
