Accessible by bike via the cycle path. In summer, fortnightly rentals.
By direct access, you access a house of approximately 100m² on two levels overlooking a large west facing terrace and a garden. A Peaceful Location
We really enjoyed our stay at Anne and Benoit’s property. It is a comfortable, well equipped and in a very peaceful location. It was great to have a garden to relax and eat outside. Although it is away from the town centre, it is a lovely walk along the river. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Anne and Benoit.

Nice and recommendable appartment
Very nice, well kept and well equipped appartment in a completely renovated Basque farm house in a quiet and nice residential quarter. Especially the large terrace and the spacious kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms make it perfect for 4-5 adults. You can walk in 15-20 minutes to the beach and in the center. The proprietors live in the other half of the house and are friendly and helpful. We spent 2 very pleasant weeks there.

Belle maison très bien équipée et très agréable mitoyenne avec celle des propriétaires très discrets et charmants. Quartier calme et reposant.
Un peu loin de tout quand on a des enfants donc il faut prendre la voiture c’est l’inconvénient vu le monde du mois d’août Trop vallonné pour faire du vélo

Ancienne ferme réaménagée avec simplicité, bien équipée (wifi un peu faiblard…), très propre et totalement conforme à l’annonce. Quartier agréable et calme. Les propriétaires qui habitent une autre partie de la maison sont sympathiques et discrets.

Maison bien située qui permet de découvrir tout le pays basque avec facilité, et l'accès à la plage est à 20 mins de marche. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Superbe maison au calme.
Très belle maison propre et récemment rénovée. Au calme et à 10-15 min du centre ville à pied. On a apprécié la terrasse très agréable, une bonne literie et des proprios disponibles et très sympathiques. Idéal pour 2 familles et des enfants en bas âge.

Très agréable sejour
Une maison très agréable et dans un très bon état sur les hauteurs de Saint Jean de Luz. La localisation est idéale pour être tout prêt de la ville, mais au calme sur une colline boisée. Le centre de Saint Jean de Luz et la plage sont à moins de 10mn en vélo par la piste cyclable. Pas besoin de voiture, sauf si vous voulez aller plus loin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets et toujours prêt à donner des conseils excellents. À recommander sans hésitation.
