As a couple or family, everyone appreciates this apartment located in a small residence near the sea. For peaceful nights during a weekend or a holiday, the rental has a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The open kitchen, very well equipped, leads directly to the dining area. The decoration, recent and carried out with care, makes use of current furniture and soothing colors, on a coating type parquet. The sheltered balcony is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the sea air. It offers a (partial) view of the ocean. Since they are often part of the family, small pets are allowed in this unit.

200 m to perform and you have your feet in the sand! Direct access leads to the large beach of Saint-Jean de Monts. Swimming, relaxation and water activities are on the program! The apartment is located in a quiet street in the heart of the resort, a few steps from the Esplanade and the Avenue de la Mer. Activities, restaurants and beach establishments await you. You can stroll on the esplanade and the boom. For more active walking or cycling, trails and paths cross the forest of the Pays de Monts, along the coast of Vendée, join the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie. Landscapes and activities are varied and adapt to your desires!
