350 m from the large sandy beach of Demoiselles, in a street of shops and restaurants, in this town having very well organized pedestrian cycling and car, a refreshing forest 100 m appreciable when it is hot, the dunes.
The accommodation has
 - 1 bedroom bed 160 on courtyard, 1 ch. bed 140 street side and 1 sleeping area with a double bed 140 mezzanine (please teenagers, suitable for agile people).
- terrace on street with bicycle racks - installed after the photo - and small space on the courtyard
- bathroom and separate toilet
- a well-stocked kitchen adjoining the living room of 24 m2.

Parking is easy in this area.

There is a swimming pool a short distance away.

The ocean bike path will take you from Noirmoutier to the seaside.

The cleaning fee, 100 euros, is not mandatory but is added to the deposit of 350 euros, in case of housing rendered IMPROPER TO BE RELOCATED AS IS FOR new people.

Nous avons passés un agréable sejour au sein de ce logement. Situation idéal pour ce déplacer à pied : commerces, marché, plage, promenade ..... . Le logement est très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, la terrasse est tres agréable pour prendre les repas. L'hôtesse est tres agréable, arrageante, nous vous remercions d'avoir contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour et peut-être à bientôt !!!

Location agréable à proximité de la mer et des commerces.
Maison meublée avec goût et parfaitement fonctionnelle. Tout a été pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Seul point à améliorer : La chambre 3, à l'étage, est relativement chaude et difficile d'accès, une climatisation, même mobile, devrait être envisagée.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement très fonctionnel. Des beaux volumes et des espaces extérieurs très agréable. A deux pas des commerces ( boulangerie, épicerie, pizza, restaurants, tabac presse..) et à dix pas de la plage 😉. La propriétaire est très attentionnée et sympathique. Le logement correspond à la description.
