This 90m2 apartment offers all the comfort to accommodate 4 people, including 2 bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen open to living room, a large bathroom with separate toilet, a balcony with exceptional views of Lake Annecy and the Bauges Valley .

Superb views, quiet location, lovely animals
Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs.

We spent a lovely few days. Everything was great. Place was clean and kept well. Only wish we spoke french as the host was very nice but we couldn't communicate well with her.

Maison au calme avec vue exceptionnelle sur lac d'Annecy
Maison en pleine nature sur les hauteurs de Saint Jorioz, avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une voiture est indispensable, néanmoins l'emplacement est proche des principaux accès aux lieux incontournables de la région (Annecy, Semnoz, Forclaz, ...). Une grande cure de nature bienvenue après les fêtes de Noël. Merci à Claude pour son accueil.

La maison est très agréable avec une vue superbe sur le lac d’Annecy. La localisation est parfaite pour accéder aux activités. Néanmoins, une voiture est nécessaire. Claude est une personne charmante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wunderbare Aussicht
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als genug Platz. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist zwar z.T. etwas veraltet, aber es mangelt an nichts. Vom Balkon und aus fast allen Zimmern (incl. Toilette) hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See von Annecy und die umliegenden Berge. Für eine Erkundung der Gegend rund um Annecy ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation konnte aufgrund unserer Französischkenntnisse problemlos erfolgen. Einziges Manko: Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist schon sehr stark durchgelegen und könnte demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Großartige See- und Bergwelt
Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Gastgeberin mit ihrem Hund Grimm und vier Katzen begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, und es gibt viel Stauraum. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist umfangreich . An kalten Tagen wird der Wohnbereich über den Kaminofen beheizt.
