Welcome home to this relaxing 4 BR, 3BA home in a beautiful, gated community. The development offers a heated pool, hot tub, club house, playground, river walk, 40' boat slip to bring your own boat & just 1 mile to beautiful downtown. Just under 2 miles to one of our 4 beautiful beaches. Silver Beach County Tiscornia Park Beach, Jean Klock Park and Lions Park Beach. Enjoy the wineries, breweries or golfing at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Gold Course at Harbor Shores. You can also enjoy renting canoes, kayaks or fishing charters just a couple blocks away!

Our fully furnished home includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. Wi-Fi & 3 smart TV's. The dining room table comfortably allows 8 to enjoy eating and playing games.

The family room/BR (Pull-out Queen Sofa) has a TV & desk. Includes 2 pocket doors that can comfortable be closed for sleeping. It's located off the kitchen/living room on the main level. Main level also has a full bathroom with a shower.

The 2nd floor has a 3 BR's, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with a new LG Washer & Dryer.

The Master BR also has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, walk-in closet and Full Bath which includes a shower, jacuzzi tub & double sink.

Guest BR has a King Bed, TV & a swivel, reclining chair for just relaxing with a good book.

3rd BR upstairs has 2 separate Bunk Beds for the kiddos to enjoy.

The outside deck has 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a natural gas concrete fire pit. Outdoor dining table & chairs plus a natural gas grill. Large grassy area allows you to enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the kids play at the playground or play many of the outdoor games available. A sidewalk surrounds the playground for small children to bring their skateboards or scooters for safe riding.

Property also includes 4 adult bikes, 2 beach bags with beach towels, Soccer Goals with ball, Go Sports Ladder Toss, Giant 4-in-A-Row game, ACE Professional Cornhole, Potato Sack Race Bags, Football, Spikeball Pro Kit and Air-Hockey Game. Games can be played in the garage or can be moved to the grassy area off the back deck for everyone's enjoyment. Also includes board games & cards for adults & children.

For your convenience we also have a portable crib with mattress & sheets, highchair, baby gate, potty training seat & each bathroom has a folding step stool for the kids.

Beautiful stay
We enjoyed our stay in St. Joseph. The property was oh so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was of excellent quality, including appliances and gadgets in the kitchen for cooking. The garage and toys included kept kids entertained. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The playground near by was great. We enjoyed going around the neighborhood for bike rides and the pool within a few steps. Short drive to the beach. Overall my family and guests were very impressed and it was so hard coming back home!

Just as Pictured!
We booked our long weekend stay months in advance. I had a few questions and wanted an additional day that was not listed on the calendar. I reached out to the owner and within an hour my reservation was secured and we were able to stay 3 nights instead of 2. Our family (2 adults, 4 grown children over 21) arrived right at check-in time, and the home was in perfect condition, just as in the online photos. We walked in and the natural light is lovely, the decor is very tasteful, the furnishings were in great shape and were very up-to-date. The home was incredible well appointed. Plenty of pillows, throw blankets, towels, beach bags, a wagon, indoor and outdoor games for all ages. The kitchen had everything you could think of and all of really great quality. The home, the bathrooms, the kitchen were all clean and beds were comfortable. My family really enjoyed our stay. While staying here you are quite close to the downtown area of St. Joe. We walked to the downtown area for coffee and a few meals. You can walk to the beach, but if you are bringing chairs, towels, toys, it will be easier to drive. Parking is reasonable and was not difficult to find in the lot, even during a weekend in season. The town offers many cute restaurants, ice cream shops, pizza parlors and boutiques to explore. We highly recommend this home for your family to enjoy a vacation in the lovely southern Michigan area.

Perfect place for large family
Everything about this home was great. Lovely gated friendly neighborhood and very well kept with the community pool directly across the street. The home seems newer and is upgraded. Very clean with all amenities which were very well thought out. Everything was labeled for us which made things easier. Tommy Bahama lawn chairs were provided for the beach as well as everything needed for the kids such as toys and towels. Lots of games provided. Outdoor furniture and fire pit were great. The kids loved the bunk beds. We hope to come back again! Thanks again for everything! We highly recommend this home! Len & Georgia

Great fall getaway
We came with our 4 kids and my parents for fall break. The weather was not great, but the house was so entertaining and comfortable we still had such a great time. The house had everything we needed and more. We made great memories playing games and just being together.

We loved everything about this property! Very clean!! Comfy beds!! The kitchen was furnished with very nice cooking utensils and dishes… loved the coffee maker options, we played cards every night and loved the large kitchen table … sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather… close to so many restaurants & shopping! Gorgeous bright and airy condo

Family reunion
It was phenomenal vacation and family reunion. My kids (19 & 20) came along and had a lot of fun. My brother in-law had his two kids (2 & 4) and had a blast. My parent in-law in late 60s also enjoyed the trip. This location is excellent for all ages. The house was specious, clean and it has all what we needed from simple utensils to board games to bikes and out door games. I don't want to forget, it has all gears needed for the swimming pool as well as for the nearby beach. Thank you Debbie & Mike for sharing your beautiful house and for having all what we need to have fun. Definitely, highly recommended.

Beautiful home!!
We had a wonderful stay as this property. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you could ever need. It was extremely kid friendly…they have everything you could need for small children from pack and play, high chair, baby gate to toys, books, outdoor toys, chalk, bubbles, etc. My kids loved the playground and community pool, both a very short walk from the house. Several great beaches to drive to all under 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice vacation rental!
We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back some time. One day we were here it rained a lot and the kids had such a great time with all the toys in the garage. They were all very upset when we had to leave and they are already asking when they can come back. We had an issue with the oven and the hosts were very responsive and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. (It was almost a brand new oven.) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful home very close to the St. Joseph River and not far from Lake Michigan beaches. It is close to downtown and restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. The hosts were thoughtful in providing things to help the trip be more enjoyable. There were infant and toddler toys, a high chair, Pack 'n Play, beach chairs, pool toys, air hockey, games, and much more. It seemed like they thought of everything. The community pool is close to the house, and was clean and quiet when we went. It's by the river, which I enjoyed. This VRBO really was exceptional, and we're hoping to stay there again.

The perfect home for a family vacation!
We had an incredible stay! This house is beautiful and everything is so well thought out…from the decor to all the details in every room that keeps the guest in mind. It’s a very clean home that met all our standards. It has all the amenities you need for you and your family making it easy for all. Our boys (4 and 1.5) loved hanging out in the garage with all the fun toys but especially enjoyed the pool and silver beach nearby. All the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well! The town is an easy drive that you can also bike to or walk to from the house. This was our first family vacation and first Vrbo and it did not disappoint! It was an easy escape from the city for us and we very much enjoyed our time. We can’t wait to be back. Thank you Debbie and Mike for this gem of a house and for your hospitality!

Great Home for Family
This house is gorgeous, newly renovated and beautiful. The kitchen is well-equiped with everything you need and it's all high quality. We had 6 kids ages 11-18 who all had a blast. The owners decked out the garage with bikes, games and pool/beach gear - anything you could possibly want or need is already there. The kids enjoyed the pool, bikes, games and beach toys. The property is a quick drive to the beach and downtown St. Joseph. It is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay - we would definitely return.

A perfect rental for a family of all ages
The home is very new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful touches throughout. All of the items in the kitchen are of a high quality and all of the furniture (beds included) were super comfortable. the pictures were accurate and the home was great - but, those are not my highlights - the highlights are 2 fold: (1) If you have kids (anywhere from toddler to teenager), this home is so well-equipped that you don't have to pack anything other than clothes. The home comes with a high chair, plastic plates/cups for kids (they are so nice that we, as adults, were using them too whenever we ate on the patio), and every other activity and beach toy you could want. Pool towels are packed nicely in a wagon - the beach chairs are a nice touch - and you won't need to bring any sand toys or swimming accessories. The garage has everything neatly organized - then there are all of the board games, the air hockey, dart board, ladderball, etc. There is so much to do - our 7 year old was never bored. While the home is on an island away from the rest of town, it's a really nice kid-friendly community with a lovely pool/clubhouse; and (2) the hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. They allowed us to check-in much earlier on our arrival day, and gave us some extra time on the departure date. They were responsive throughout (we had no issues, just questions about the area). When I left my laptop there, they fedex'd it to me the next day (a huge relief). You'll enjoy every bit of your trip

Perfect Retreat
We stayed at Debbie and Mike’s home for a family trip with both sets of grandparents and our 2.5 year old. Debbie’s communication before and during our stay was excellent. She messaged us the day before check-in to let us know we could check in as early as we wanted on the day of arrival. The home decor is immaculate! Everything was very well thought out from the kitchen supplies to the children’s toys. There were plenty of linens for the whole family. The games in the garage were a hit with everyone. The beach and pool supplies was also above and beyond what was expected! The location is great to access local beaches, parks and restaurants. We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Amazing time!
We loved our time at this house, it far exceeded our expectations! This is the 3rd rental property we've stayed at in the St Joseph area and it's by far the best. The owners were quick and helpful with communication. The house is so nice and has everything you could ever need. Our kids loved the fun game room, all the fun games and toys they provided, the playground being so close by as well as the pool. The location is easy to get to the downtown area. We hope to return next summer :)

This is an absolutely wonderful home and very kid-friendly. It is clean, beautiful, and modern! Having access to the pool was great! WOW! What a spectacular home.
The homeowners have thought of every detail to make a guests stay an experience to remember. The communications with Debbie have been wonderful and She is very responsive & friendly. A great gated neighborhood to stay in. Most mornings we took a 20 min walk downtown St. Joe. One afternoon we were able to sit by the pool and watched the boats cruise by on the river. The house was close to many restaurants and adventures. The house itself is warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. Too many extras to list. We have stayed at 20+ VRBO homes and this one rates #2 on our list. We will be back!!!

Wonderful stay
Debbie was incredibly gracious, kind and her home had everything you could possibly need. I have three little ones and she had things from child cups/plates/silverware right down to a potty seat. It was incredibly helpful to not have to worry about the small details as a busy mom because she truly thought of them all. The amenities available to you are amazing. Easy access to the pool, a playground and yard games that kept the kids entertained. I give this property a 10/10. We had a blast and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Debbie!
