Treat yourself to an Ocean and Nature break on the Landes coast. Here, you benefit from the proximity of the vast beaches just 8km away, the forest environment, the large lakes and all the summer activities and entertainment offered by the pretty village of Saint Julien en Born. With in addition, on site, an equestrian center which offers discovery courses, advanced courses as well as horseback riding for young and old. Although adjoining another seasonal rental, our gite has a private entrance and private enclosed grounds with wooden terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Entirely on one level, it is composed of: - a living room (TV, WIFI), - a kitchen with 4 hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine - a bedroom: 1 bed 140 - one bedroom: 2 single beds - a bathroom with bathtub - a separate toilet. A pet is accepted free of charge; beyond an animal consult us. The Equestrian Center closes each year: 1 week at the end of June, 1 week at the beginning of July, 1 week at the end of August, 1 week at the beginning of September, Christmas holidays. This house can only be rented for 2 consecutive weeks between July 6 and August 31, 2024
