There could not be a guest accommodation better stocked, more well thought out and welcoming than Marieā€™s cottage. Outdoor patios w/ tables and chairs, privacy, lots of room to move in the kitchen, a large fridge and stove, washing machine, upgraded lightingā€”we fell in love w/ this place and with Marie and Christian!

Le seul petit inconvĆ©nient liĆ© Ć  cette pĆ©riode de l'annĆ©e oĆ¹ il y a beaucoup de monde c'est la proximitĆ© de la route trĆØs passante qui jouxte la terrasse; donc un peu de bruit Ć  cet endroit mais la nuit est calme car la chambre est Ć  l'opposĆ©. Nous gardons un trĆØs bon souvenir de ce sĆ©jour et recommandons vivement cette maison.

Tolles kleines HƤuschen mit allem was man braucht und sehr netten, hilfsbereiten und diskreten Vermietern. Wer tagsĆ¼ber viel Ruhe sucht, sollte lieber das andere Objekt der Vermieter auf dem gleichen GrundstĆ¼ck buchen (altes Schmiedehaus). Die vorbeilaufende StraƟe ist im Juli/August viel befahren. Zum schlafen Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

In dem kleinen Ferienhaus ist fĆ¼r fĆ¼r zwei Personen alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt ein groƟes, bequemes Bett, eine vollstƤndige KĆ¼che, ein ordentliches Bad. Der Garten ist sehr schƶn angelegt und es gibt gemĆ¼tliche LiegestĆ¼hle. Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt, Restaurant usw. kann man gut zu FuƟ erreichen. Einziges Manko: es liegt direkt an der HauptstraƟe. TagsĆ¼ber ist relativ viel Verkehr, aber nachts ist es ruhig.

Nous avons passĆ© dix jours chez Marie JosĆ© et Christian qui nous ont accueillĆ©s trĆØs chaleureusement et qui Ć©taient toujours disponible pour une petite conversation en francais plein d'humour. L'appartement Ć©tait exactement comme dĆ©crit sur Internet, trĆØs spacieux avec un lit luxueux (trĆØs grand) et une cuisine avec tous ce qu'il faut pour prĆ©parer Ć  manger. DerriĆØre le gĆ®te, il y a une petite terrasse magnifique entourĆ©e des arbres et de verdure. MĆŖme si les propriĆ©taires habitent Ć  cĆ“tĆ©, on a son petit coin Ć  soi (Les plantes et les paravents sont plantĆ©s et posĆ©s avec rafinesse). La prĆ©sence des vĆ©los Ć©tait super pour faire des petits tours pour dĆ©couvrir les alentours ou pour aller Ć  la mer Ć  Contis plage. La route Ć  cĆ“tĆ© ne dĆ©range pas car on passĆ© la plupart de la journĆ©e en dĆ©couvrant la rĆ©gion et le soir c'est trĆØs calme et agrĆ©able. Tout est proche, boulangerie, boucherie, supermarchĆ©, le marchĆ© les samedis. Bref, on a bien aimĆ© passer du temps dans votre petit paradis, Marie JosĆ© et Christian. Merci aussi pour avoir parlĆ© en francais avec nous en nous donnant la chance d'amĆ©liorer nos connaissances de langue. Gardez votre humour, c'est vraiment refraĆ®chissant :-). Que dire qui n ait dĆ©jĆ  Ć©tĆ© dit? Si vous cherchez un petit chez vous, Ć  la campagne,avec l ocĆ©an vraiment tout prĆØs..foncez! Et si vous avez en plus un bĆ©bĆ© ou un enfant en bas Ć¢ge, ce gĆ®te est vraiment fait pour vous! St Julien est parfaitement situĆ©. Le gĆ®te est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©, et dĆ©corĆ© avec soin. En plus de l Ć©quipement de la maison qui est trĆØs complet, tout est fourni pour un bĆ©bĆ©, vous pouvez voyager lĆ©ger. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Les propriĆ©taires sont vraiment charmants, jamais intrusifs. Le jardin avec les terrasses est top. A l intĆ©rieur, le grand lit est vraiment apprĆ©ciable. Il est vraiment trĆØs agrĆ©able de loger dans un gĆ®te comme celui-ci, on s y sent vraiment bien, c'est un vrai petit chez soi..et quand on le quitte on se demande quand on pourra y revenir! Merci aux propriĆ©taires, qui d'un ouvrent grand leur porte aux bĆ©bĆ©s et jeunes enfants -ce qui n est pas si frĆ©quent-; et de deux ont pris la peine de faire un gĆ®te qui n est pas simplement un endroit oĆ¹ l'on dort et dans lequel tout est a minima..

Buena sensaciĆ³n
Hemos estado de jueves a lunes de Pascua. Superagusto. Una pequeƱa vivienda en la misma propiedad que la de los dueƱos, Son muy agradables y atentos pero tambiĆ©n respetuosos con la intimidad. Hay diferentes plantas y setos que tambiĆ©n hacen que sea asĆ­. El idioma no es problema ya que se desenvuelven suficientemente en espaƱol. La vivienda tiene una cama de matrimonio muy grande y cĆ³moda. La cocina perfecta y muy limpia con todo lo necesario para cocinar, Da la sensaciĆ³n de que es todo muy nuevo. Tiene un pequeƱo jardin muy coqueto. El pueblo de Saint-Julien-en-Born estĆ” comunicado con pistas ciclables (por cierto pusieron a nuestra disposiciĆ³n un par de bicis). La playa estĆ” a 6 km. Hay a 100 metros un carrefour mediano y una farmacia. En definitiva, una buena opciĆ³n para una pareja con o sin niƱo.
