New bioclimatic chalet with south facing view in family resort

This cottage has just been completed has 2 levels. Upstairs living room, kitchen, a toilet and a bath + a mezzanine. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet. Large south-facing windows offer stunning views of the valley.
Many mountain activities are offered nearby, summer and winter: hiking on foot or snowshoes, skiing, sledding, climbing, mountaineering, paragliding etc ... A lake located 15Km offers water recreation.

The chalet is in a resort (Chaillol 1600) and you can even access the beginners piste directly from the chalet (at least when there is enough snow). The spectacle of this track from the balcony of the chalet is also a treat ....
To go from the slopes and the sale of packages, there are 1 km away.
In addition, you can purchase a common week package 3 stations (Chaillol, St Léger les Mélèzes and Laye), which are distant few Km. This makes a pleasant change ...
To the great skiing, you can go to Orcières, about 30 minutes drive.

Fantastic, Awsome
A totally amazing place to stay for a fantastic week in Chaillol. With views to die for, the chalet is so well equipped for any occasion, you don't need to go out to find any restaurants. in Chaillol everyone made us feel so welcome, we would love to go back one day. I would recommend the chalet without hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your fantastic home.

Très beau Chalet confortable et lumineux. Vue imprenable sur la vallée. Bien équipé et bien situé, peu de neige cette semaine mais suffisamment sur les pistes. Seul petit défaut le parquet grince ... mais vite oublié en journée. Nous avon passé une belle semaine dans vos montagnes.

Die Ortschaft Chaillol ist ruhig und sehr Familienfreundlich. Gastronomie ist fast nicht vorhanden.
Das Objekt hat eine sehr schönen Lage, mit sehr tollem Ausblick auf Berge und Landschaft. Zu der Ski-Piste und zum Zentrum von Chaillol, sind es mit dem Auto ca. 2 min. Die Skiausrüstung kann bei Bedarf direkt an der Piste eingelagert werden, sehr praktisch und das Auto bleibt sauber. Die Mitarbeiter der umliegenden Geschäfte ,Skiverleih, sprechen weitgehend Englisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) gibt es genügend in der näheren Umgebung.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans le chalet, dont la vue est magnifique ! Nous avons eu peu de neige en dehors des pistes et un grand soleil les premiers jours, le chalet est très lumineux, chaleureux et convivial ! Seul bémol, il y avait une chambre envahie de mouches ainsi que plusieurs dans le séjour. Situé à 20 minutes à pieds des pistes, nous avons pu accéder facilement aux pistes et les enfants ont suivi des cours à l'ESF dont l'équipe est géniale et bienveillante ! Enfin, nous sommes repartis des souvenirs pleins la tête !

Aangenaam verblijf!
We hadden een aangenaam verblijf in Saint- Michel- de- Chaillol. Het huis was ruim en had een prachtig uitzicht. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en aangenaam. Het skigebied was iets kleiner maar wel ideaal voor beginnende skiërs en kinderen.

Idéal pour une réunion familiale les enfants sont tristes de repartir
Chalet ouvert vers la vallée lumineux confortable et très bien équipé. On s'y sent bien petits et grands. La vue est magnifique 180`, le balcon plein sud nous incite à lézarder au soleil. Des livres et de la musique pour tous. De belles ballades alentour et un mention particulière pour les marmottes. A moins de 10 km on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour pour régaler les papilles. Et on a pas tout vu Les enfants ont adoré le jardin On a tous hâte de revenir

Le chalet est très agréable, confortable, fonctionnel et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique. Il est plus proche de Chaillol Station que du vieux village, c'est moins charmant mais plus facile pour les departs de randonnées. Très bon accueil. Nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances en famille, en particulier pour ceux qui aiment la marche.

Séjour parfait. Le chalet est conforme au descriptif et photos. Chalet très confortable, bien équipé. Une petite suggestion pour les locataires en été : installer des stores sur les fenêtres donnant sur l'ouest car par grande chaleur la température dans la pièce à vivre est élevée. Accueil très sympathique de Mme Allemand.

Très belle maison, confortable et accueillante. Les baies vitrées sont incroyables, le beau temps était accompagné de vues enneigées magnifiques sur toute la vallée. L'accès direct à la petite piste de ski est bien pratique, et permet ensuite d'accéder à toute la station. Que du bon !

Le chalet est magnifique, bien équipé (nous avons pu nous détendre sur des airs de musiques ainsi que retourner en enfance avec les jeux de sociétés mis à disposition) propre, confortable et très bien situé. La vue est magnifique à partir du balcon. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour, nous serons ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau.
