This completely renovated villa is located in the heart of authentic 'garrigue' wood and wineyards. 1 km from village. A lot of paths to walk, bike. River CĆØze for swimming or canoeing. ArdĆØche river 15 kms for canoeing too. Between Pont St Esprit and Bagnols sur CĆØze in Provence gardoise. Very quiet. Provencal markets, visits and activities, gastronomy, a lot of cellars to taste wine, medieval villages all around... Touristical brochures will be available for you.

Rural French volla with pool.
Stayed with family of 7 adults and a dog . The area was beautiful, very rural with lovely views . The house was clean and well stocked , with plenty of equipment and linen. The pool was just right fenced for safety, which would be good with children. The owner was very friendly and met us on arrival. We had a lovely holiday . Thankyou

Delightful, well appointed house.
The house was exactly as described, and the layout suited us perfectly. It's well situated to enjoy the many activities in the area, and the air conditioning was a real bonus after a hot day in the sun. JosƩ kindly left some welcome gifts of fruit, wine and eggs, which were much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Perfect villa in a stunning setting
Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect. Jose and his wife life just behind the property were lovely and very helpful with everything. Because of the way the villa is angled you wouldnt know there was another house close by and so you have total privacy. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The gardens and pool area were perfect as was the view over the hills from many angles. I like to walk a lot and each morning set off into the hills directly from the villa, you can go on easily marked trails for miles in stunning countryside. If i had one very small niggle it that the village itself doesn't have a shop, there is bakery but that was open on one day of the 7 we were there. So be prepared to get in a car if you need anything. Don't let that put you off though, the place was perfect! Many thanks to Jose for letting us stay in their amazing villa :)

Beautiful location for a quiet stay in the south of France
My family had a great time at this beautiful house. The location is very quiet: the owners are located behind the house a little further up the hill, so we had uninterrupted views over a valley and vineyard. The house was comfortable for us with a sunroom that the kids played in, and was nice and warm even late in the evening, a large L-shaped living room and comfortable kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking whatever you like. The bedrooms are located in the back, and I imagine that they stay quite cool even in summer. There is a lovely outside kitchen/BBQ area with patio where we enjoyed several of our meals. The pool is also very well kept and the kids loved it. The house was very clean,. The owners also had kitchen basics such as herbs, oil, eggs and flour available for us to use. Since we arrived the evening before a public holiday in France, they were so kind to provide some groceries for breakfast and lunch on the first day in case there were no supermarkets open. The owners were very friendly, and we even enjoyed afternoon drinks with one day them towards the end of our stay, even though my husband and I do not speak all that much French. We all had a great time and would love to return.

Wonderful swimmingpool and garden
We've had a wonderful stay. The location and swimmingpool are great! JosƩ, the owner of the property, keeps the pool nice and clean early in the morning. He lives right next door but doesn't bother his guests at all. The house is alright, I've seen them cleaner and prettier, but everything you need is there and it's quite spacious. Having a washing machine there and plenty of clothes lines outside is very handy! The airconditioning works fine, too bad that the downstairs bedrooms don't have individual aircons, but if you leave the main one on all day, it's still nice and cool during the night. The beds are quite firm but some people like that. We think the boiler only comes on during the night, there's definitely not enough warm water for a warm shower for everybody (7 people). I'm sure we could have asked JosƩ to change the settings, but he doesn't speak a word of English or Dutch, so we didn't bother. After all, it was hot enough during August, a cold shower was quite refreshing;-) JosƩ is friendly and helpful, we communicated with Google Translate. All the shops you need are nearby, only a 10 minute drive for main supermarkets, bakery, butcher etc. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Perfekte Erholung
Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen 2 Wochen in St. Nazaire und haben die Ruhe in diesem perfekten Haus sehr genossen. Abends im Schatten unter der alten Steineiche zu sitzen, mit Blick auf den Pool und in die Natur war traumhaft. Alles ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird perfekt sauber gehalten, ohne dass man davon etwas merkt. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Natur ist man sehr schnell an den touristischen Highlights und auf den vielen kleinen MƤrkten in den umliegenden Orten. JosĆ© ist immer ansprechbar und hat sich sogar um die Entsorgung unseres kaputten Kanus gekĆ¼mmert. Danke nochmal dafĆ¼r! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

We werden zeer goed onthaald bij aankomst. De eigenaars wonen op het zelfde domein en dit gaf op geen enkel moment privacy-issues. Huis in typisch Franse stijl maar alles is voorhanden. Diverse terrassen en zeer gerieflijke BBQ. JosĆ© en zijn echtgenote zijn warme en ā€˜trĆ©s sympaā€™ mensen. Aanrader šŸ˜Ž

Wonderful house, pool & surroundings
The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and with lots of options to sit together (inside and outside). The landlords are very friendly and very responsive in case of any questions or asks. The pool is kept extremely clean and well equipped by the owner. The garden is beautiful, and there are many activities in close proximity to the location (hiking trails, caves, canoe, swimming spots,...), only a few minutes away by car. The kids loved the freedom to stroll around the property and its immediate surroundings. Perfect for relaxing, yet being active. Thanks for the wonderful vacation - we will be back for sure!

Sehr sympathisch, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene, vier Kinder) im August 2022 eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus, und haben uns rundum wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom eigentlichen Ort, und da man so keine Nachbarn hat (auƟer dem Vermieter-Ehepaar), konnten die Kinder sich am Pool komplett austoben ohne jede RĆ¼cksicht auf LautstƤrke - sehr angenehm fĆ¼r uns als Eltern, nicht stƤndig auf die LautstƤrke achten zu mĆ¼ssen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, vollstƤndig eingerichtet, es gibt drinnen und drauƟen mehrere Sitzecken / Tische mit mehr als ausreichend StĆ¼hlen, KĆ¼che ist topp eingerichtet, Fliegengitter an fast allen Fenstern, WohnrƤume mit Klimaanlage falls es mal zu heiƟ wird. Wegen akuter Waldbrandgefahr war offenes Feuer nicht erlaubt, der Vermieter hat daher den Grillplatz inzwischen mit eine groƟen elektrischen Grillplatte ausgestattet. Topp, und mehrfach genutzt. Da wir mit einem E-Auto angereist sind, hatten wir im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter Ć¼ber Lademƶglichkeiten am Haus gesprochen: es gibt eine Schuko-Steckdose direkt am Parkplatz, und Ć¼ber unseren mitgebrachten StromzƤhler haben wir den geladenen Strom nach Verbrauch abgerechnet (wir haben sicherheitshalber mit max. 10A geladen). Wir waren wohl die ersten GƤste die das genutzt haben, aber es hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter lebt in einem getrennten GebƤude auf dem gleichen GrundstĆ¼ck, aber durch einen Sichtschutz getrennt und mit Terrasse in der anderen Himmelsrichtung - wir haben die Anwesenheit kaum mitbekommen. AuƟer natĆ¼rlich wo es wichtig war - der Pool war jeden frĆ¼h gereinigt, und als nach einem heftigen Gewitter einmal eine Sicherung ausgelƶst hatte, war Hilfe nur ein TĆ¼rklopfen entfernt.

Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour Ć  Saint Nazaire. Belle maison trĆØs confortable et entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e. Rien ne manque. Magnifique piscine et cadre verdoyant, au calme, en pleine nature. Pas une fausse note! Un grand merci Ơ JosƩ et sa femme qui nous ont rƩservƩs un accueil discret mais efficace dans leur magnifique "Combe du Baron". Tous deux sont charmants et ont toujours ƩtƩ de bon conseil pour nous aider Ơ profiter au mieux de notre moment de vacances. La villa s'est avƩrƩe idƩale et a rƩpondue Ơ toutes nos attentes pour une famille de 4 personnes en plus de 4 amis qui nous ont rendu visite pour la fin du sƩjour. Maison climatisƩe, piscine, cuisine et BBQ extƩrieurs, terrain de pƩtanques, table de ping-pong... Tout est lƠ pour passer un bon moment. Et la rƩgion! Descente en canoe, visite des grottes, marchƩ dans de sublimes villages... Comme promis, on se reverra!
