Cottage completely renovated in 2009, neat and modern decoration with enclosed garden of 600 m2. Ideal with children.
2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs and one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor with large bay window directly overlooking the garden.

Very bright cottage with large windows overlooking a large south facing terrace very well equipped. Located 2 km from the large sandy beach of Pentrez (sand yachting). Many hiking possibilities through the Menez Hom and the coastal paths. 15 km from Morgat and Locronan city of character. Marine Park and Armorica Park. Lovers of the filled sea. 35 minutes from OcƩanopolis park.
Nice bike rides from the rental.

Es liegt sehr schƶn auf der Halbinsel Crozon, was ein schƶner Start fĆ¼r die westliche Bretagne ist. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht.

Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour de deux semaines dans cette magnifique petite maison bretonne. Le calme absolu et trĆØs bien situĆ© pour visiter la presquā€™ile de Crozon. Le chant des oiseaux, au petit matin et en fin de journĆ©e, quel dĆ©paysement. Accueil chaleureux par les propriĆ©taires qui habitent juste derriĆØre la maisonnette, mais qui sont dā€™une grande discrĆ©tion. Cā€™est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons pour dĆ©couvrir dā€™autres parties de cette belle Bretagne.

Das Ferienhaus ist fĆ¼r uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr schƶn gewesen. Vor allem der groƟe Garten mit Schaukel und Terrasse waren super. Der Strand von Saintā€“Nic als auch Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sind auf Grund der lƤndlichen Lage des Hauses nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Franzƶsischkenntnisse sind fĆ¼r die Kommunikation miteinander von groƟem Vorteil.

Vacances de rĆŖve
Un gĆ®te trĆØs trĆØs bien amĆ©nagĆ© dans une ancien bĆ¢timent de ferme, avec vue sur les champs, dans un silence impressionnant et sans pollution lumineuse. Une pelouse orientĆ©e au Sud permet de profiter du soleil. En 45 minutes on peut aller Ć  pied Ć  la plage de Pentrez, mais il faut une voiture pour aller faire ses courses Ć  la superette de Teldruc. La cĆ“te autour de Crozon est magnifique, offre de nombreuses ballades et des vedettes au dĆ©part de Morgat pemettent de dĆ©couvrir des grottes impressionnantes. On n'a qu'une envie : revenir au plus vite.

Maison de trĆØs bon goĆ»t Ć  toute proximitĆ© d'une belle plage de 4km. SituĆ©e dans un lieu-dit "Pors Gourmelen" (pour aider Ć  la trouver via le GPS), la propriĆ©tĆ© se juxtapose Ć  celle des propriĆ©taires, trĆØs charmants. Ce qui est pratique pour les petites questions du quotidien (au passage merci pour le poisson :p) Un Ć©tage rĆ©servĆ© aux enfants avec un trĆØs vaste espace. Mini mini mini bĆ©mol, un petit canapĆ© au RDC serait pas mal pour se poser plus confortablement Ć  l'intĆ©rieur les soirs de fraicheur ou de pluie ^^ Mais franchement, foncez !

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern im Inserat. Bei unserer Ankunft, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend verlief, war es sehr sauber und aufgerƤumt. Es gibt einen schƶnen groƟen Garten und wir hƤtten sicherlich ƶfter drauƟen gesessen, leider lieƟ das Wetter das nicht zu. Die Vermieter haben bereits einiges an Informationen Ć¼ber die Region zusammengestellt und geben hilfreiche Tipps, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen gelegen, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist, allerdings fƤhrt man gute 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum BƤcker oder Supermarkt.
