At 80 m from the Ermitage lagoon Authentic charm / nice amenities - Quiet

This one-storey house is located in a very quiet residential street while being in the immediate vicinity of the famous Hermitage lagoon and small seaside restaurants. It was completely rebuilt in 2015 with noble materials such as wood and traditional doorframes were preserved.
The living room overlooks a large veranda open to the tropical garden. All rooms are air conditioned ; living room and veranda are equipped with air brewers.
Two bathrooms to the Italian and two separate toilets have been provided for comfort. A shower has been arranged outside for beach returns.
We can offer 2 adjoining rentals, back to back: "the Allamandas" and "the Mango Tree". A completely soundproof door has been planned in order to communicate the two homes. Our capacity can be increased to 14 people by booking both rentals. The gardens of each house are totally private and there is no opposite. Each housing has its parking space.
Barbecue, cot, high chair are at your disposal. A folding bed can be added in a room to accommodate a child or a young adult and more.
The equipment of the kitchen has been the subject of special attention so that vacationers do not miss anything.
The independent laundry (one for each of the two dwellings) adjoins the garage to avoid noise.

séjour magnifique
villa des manguiers hyper fonctionnelle, accès à la plage à pied 80m super agréable et pratique pour profiter, multiples restaurants aux alentours pour manger. Merci à Morgane pour son accueil et sa disponibilité selon nos besoin, très gentille et professionnelle à notre arrivée, et un grand merci également à Sylvie très gentille et professionnelle pour notre départ de la villa. propreté à revoir pour le jardin et degat des Eaux anterieur à notre arrivée si proximite du lagon
Dégât des Eaux anterieur à notre arrivée : du coup douche et wc de l étage inutilisables. propriétaire ne comprenant pas que l on ne fasse pas la reparation durant notre séjour ( ça aurait du être fait avant on n a pas à subir la poussiere...). Jardin sale :salon de jardin et transats inutilisables macules de fientes d oiseaux, plein de feuilles mortem sur la pelouses. Personnel à l accueil desagreable ne se presentant même pas... Reste l emplacement qui est agréable proche du lagon.

Nous avons passé un super séjour la maison est idéalement placée pour profiter du lagon pour visiter l île de sainte Suzanne à saint-pierre en passant par les cascades et les cirques des paysages magnifiques . Maison avec toutes l’es commodités bien entretenue et très propre commerces et restauration a proximité pour un bon repas au bout de la rue je vous conseille la manta.

Situation parfaite mais ...
Dommage cela aurait pu être très bien. La situation est parfaite, la plage juste au bout de la petite rue et les commerces très proches (bouchons, carry et rougail juste à côté, supermarché à moins de 15 mn à pied). Prévenu avant notre arrivée le samedi que la clim d'une chambre à l'étage était en panne, réparée seulement le vendredi (pendant toute une matinée) bon ok, par contre la chambre en rdc a un volet roulant en panne, on nous a promis un voilage occultant pour le lundi, re-promis le mardi mais le samedi toujours rien, de même le mardi on a signalé que l'unique grand couteau était inutilisable, promis son remplacement également non vu ... En conclusion, pour moi, réveil chaque matin à 5h30 par un très beau rayon de soleil !!

Maison très agrèable et idéalement située
C 'est la 2e fois que nous louons cette maison. Alamandas la 1ere fois et Manguier cette fois ci. La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée (bcp de vaisselle, mixeur, couteaux...). La clim est récente et peu bruyante, la ventilation dans le salon et sous la varangue sont suffisants. Dans chaque chambre il y a un grand placard/penderie très appréciables et rares en location. Située au niveau du restau La marmite (passe de l'Ermitage), on se baigne dans la partie du lagon qui est la plus belle de l'ile. Une adresse rare (emplacement, propreté et équipement), nous reviendrons !

localisation parfaite pour profiter de la plage, à proximité immédiate. Maison bien entretenue, propre, bien décorée. Secteur calme tout en étant proche des commerces (entre 10 et 15 min à pied), des restaurants (au coin de la rue). Jardin clos entièrement: pratique avec des enfants en bas age.

Jolies maisons créoles, Manguier et Allamandas, idéalement situées prés du lagon Très pratique pour notre grande famille, 14 personnes, que de pouvoir louer 2 villas communicantes à tous les niveaux, ainsi que par le jardin. Villas très bien équipées, avec possibilités de barbecue de poissons, thon, excellents Il est aussi pratique de pouvoir y garer 3 voitures.
