We arrived early in the morning after overnight flight. Staff were great - very helpful and gave us immediate check in. Rooms were quite comfortable with reasonable cooking facilities. The premises were well maintained.

Suite à un pb de bactéries dans la piscine (un enfant aillant fait c besoin dans l'eau) aucune autre alternative ne nous a été proposée. La direction était fuyante peu de communication. On aurait souhaiter qu'elle 'nous propose quelque chose. Mais rien. Sachant que nous étions venus pour décompresser et profiter de se detendre dans l'eau. Très déçus

Séjour au top!
Un séjour en famille pour passer un moment ensemble à la fin de mes vacances. Les chambres méritent par contre un bon petit rafraîchissement car peinture écaillée par ci par là, cuvette toilettes et accessoires dans les douches cassés, courant qui saute.. mais literie confortable et très propre, studio bien isolé et tout équipé! Cependant hôtel spacieux, décoré avec soin, coin accueil et jeux très appréciable, emplacement piscine au milieu des chambres, agréable, surtout pour pouvoir surveiller les enfants, possibilité de boire un verre autour sur les transats, super sympa! Petite terrasse des studios très sympathique, petit déjeuner vraiment très copieux et variés avec des produits frais! Personnel vraiment adorable, disponible et au petit soin, ceux de l’accueil très sympathique et arrangeant, malgré que j’ai fais des changements de dernière minute et rajouter une nuit, ils ont été vraiment super! Ceux du snacking très gentil et disponible, attentionné et réceptif, rien à dire ! Petit clin d’œil surtout pour les personnes qui font les chambres, une femme véritablement charmante et adorable, qui a été super gentllle avec nous ! Franchement un séjour au top, avec les commerces et le lagon à 5 minutes à pied, tout est prévu pour passer un super moment en famille ou entre amis, même en couple je penses! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine ! Un grand merci à toute L’équipe et à très bientôt, grâce à votre grande gentillesse je reviendrais!

Je tiens à exprimer ma grande satisfaction suite à mon séjour dans votre hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux du personnel nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable moment. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité, avec des options pour tous les goûts. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les produits frais et locaux proposés. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également un atout majeur, avec une proximité idéale aux principaux points d'intérêt de la ville. Cela nous a permis de découvrir facilement les alentours sans avoir à nous soucier des transports. Notre expérience a été extrêmement positive et je recommanderai sans hésiter votre hôtel à mes amis et ma famille. Merci encore pour ce séjour mémorable !
