Villa with pool near the lagoon

A very pretty renovated villa with swimming pool and a large garden awaits you at the Saline Les Bains. This comfortable villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will appreciate the calm of the environment while having shops and amenities nearby. Direct access to the lagoon (a short minute walk) with no road to cross (ideal for children) will allow you to access various activities sports (windsurfing, pedalo, kit-surfing) o no fear to have concerning the sharks which do not absolutely frequent the lagoon. A kayak is available to vacationers. A few meters away, nice restaurants will show you their local cuisine or other dishes. No worries about your vehicle, the parking is private.
Two pleasant dining areas are available, one with barbecue.
2 deposit checks: 1500 euros and 70 euros will be requested on the day of arrival, they will not be cashed and returned on the day of departure after the inventory;
A tourist tax of 1.10 euros / day / person is to be added to the balance of the stay except for minors
No festive evenings
No events (weddings, birthdays, etc.)
There are no fixed days for arrivals and departures.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa confortable et très bien située à 2 pas de la plage via un accès privé. Le parking privé et sécurisé est très appréciable. La piscine est elle aussi bien appréciable pour se rafraichir. Côté équipements, c'est simple, il ne manque rien. Violaine est une hôte très disponible répondant rapidement à nos sollicitations. Nous recommandons.

Un emplacement totalement parfait…
Une maison, très fonctionnelle avec un jardin très bien emménagé et très bien entretenu… Petite piscine avec sa terrasse en bois très agréable…la terrasse est parfaite pour déjeuner, se poser etc….. Le gros plus de ce lieux est l’emplacement .. au fonds d’une petite impasse : la rue des mouettes, se trouve un grand portail avec un petit parking privé pour 3 maisons. Nous avions deux emplacements réservés..supe …. Un petit accès pédestre de quelques mètres va à la plage du lagon s’est parfait… quel bonheur de pouvoir à tout moment profiter de cette plage de la saline. Plein de commerce à côté : boulangerie extra,petit supermarché proxi etc très pratique on peut faire ses courses à pied… Enfin les propriétaires sont super…On recommande…

Logement idéalement situé à 2 pas du lagon par accès privé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour le logement était propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable et sans pied de lit un vrai plus pour les grands! Les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus et bien aménagés. La piscine a été bien appréciée des ado mais également des adultes! Les hôtes sont à la fois très serviables et discrets! Merci à vous qui avez contribué à faire de nos vacances des vacances idéales! Nous ne concevons pas nos vacances sans une location dans laquelle nous pouvons nous détendre le soir après les rando et visites dans votre location tout est prévu pour! Nous allons recommander votre belle villa et si nous revenons nous savons déjà où louer!

Vous serez séduit par la localisation de cette maison, à quelques mètres seulement des plages (avec un accès privée), La maison est très bien équipée pour des moyens/long séjours, La propriétaire est disponible au besoin, Mais elle est également très discrète et attentionnée Seul bémol, vous vous sentirez tellement chez vous, que vous allez avoir du mal à repartir !

Un petit écrin de paradis
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour début novembre entre amis. La location est au calme, piscine à 28 degré au sein d'un petit jardin très bien entretenu et l'accès privée à la plage est fort appréciable. La maison est proche des commerces ( boulangerie à 4 min à pied - camion pizza - vendeurs de bouchons et Dodos ) Un petit écrin de paradis !

Maison très agréable, au calme, idéalement située (à 1min à pieds du lagon par un chemin privé et 3min des commerces et arrêt de bus). La piscine et les extérieurs sont un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Trés bon emplacement par rapport au lagon,accés direct à la plage et charme de l'endroit assurés.
Rapport qualité prix un peu élevé malgré un accueil chaleureux et la grande disponibilité de Violaine. Emplacement parfait,prestations qui auraient besoin d'un petit rafraichissement pour moderniser l'ensemble ,qui reste bien agréable.
