For a relaxing stay in the mountains with family or friends, come enjoy a recently renovated "passive house" (minimal energy consumption, maximum thermal comfort, summer and winter). You can experience energy efficiency in harmony with the environment. Located in the heart of Chartreuse and only 45 minutes from Grenoble, surrounded by numerous hiking trails starting from the house (snowshoeing tracks in winter) and just 5 minutes from the Nordic ski trails at Col de Porte and the small alpine ski resort of St Pierre de Chartreuse (7 slopes in 2024).

This house features 3 bedrooms (8 beds, possibly 10 with the sofa bed in the mezzanine + 1 crib and changing table), 1 bathroom/WC, and 1 shower room/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a laundry room, and a large terrace with garden tables and chairs, and a gas barbecue for enjoying the outdoors. For relaxation: a TV/DVD corner, a jacuzzi-style bathtub, a sauna, and a games room with a ping-pong table.

Enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks, breathe in, you are there.

We have entrusted the welcome to Christophe, who will be present at arrival and departure. He will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist if needed.

Shops and public transport are a few kilometers away, including bakery, butcher, cheese shop, etc. The hamlet is very quiet. You can start short walks or long hikes directly from the house.

A good place to explore the Chartreuse
Great location to explore the Chartreuse and St Pierre. We really loved it. Space and rooms are very comfortable. Sauna is a good bonus. The balcony/deck is wonderful for visiting and enjoying the outdoors. A couple quibbles, but good choice for the area.

La totalité des prestations sont conformes. Le chalet est spacieux et tout est en bon état. De petites attentions viennent peaufiner l'expérience: une dvdthèque enfants + adultes et un système hifi a chaque étage.

Un secteur bien agréable de la Chartreuse
Un chalet bien équipé qui est en phase de transformation (2022). Nous avons apprécié sa grande terrasse et les belles vues depuis celle-ci, les chambres assez grandes et les dépendances qui donnent de l'espace. Nous avons moins apprécié la période de fortes chaleurs de fin juillet renforcées par la grande baie vitrée qui prend le soleil et le système d'aération du chalet qui réchauffe l'air qui rentre, mais cela n'a pas terni notre séjour. De plus, un store pour la baie vitrée et un réglage pour l'aération devraient améliorer les choses.

Super logement avec magnifique vue
Très bon accueil . Le logement est très spacieux et bien équipé et le sauna et la cerise sur le gâteau. Situé à 5 min de la station saint Hugues et 20 min de st pierre nous avons pu faire les 2 stations qui sont très adaptées pour des débutants y enfants en bas âge. Je recommande ce logement
