Awesome family vacation
We are young family with two small kids (3 and 6 years). We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was very comfortable in every detail. The house was enough big for us, the pool and garden great and sandy beach just across the road. The property is calm, and it made us feel like at home. Nearest shop (although a small one is in walking distance, just on the beache and you can get to Saint Maxime by car in 4 min. It is a very cosy town with charm, calmer than Nice, Cannes or Saint Tropez. We loved it all. We are going to Cote d!Azure every year, and this was one of the best ! Really loved that. Will not hesitate to come back.

Fabulous property in amazing location!
We had a blissful stay at the villa. It is a lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the owner had thoughtfully left some staples such as olive oil and bottled water for us to use. The garden is also very spacious with a well kept garden and a lovely pool. There is a lovely patio and barbecue area. The house is ideally situated 2 mins walk from a beautiful beach. There is a handy epicerie at the beach - perfect for picking up a baguette in the morning or a rotisserie chicken later on in the day! The house is a 5 minute drive to Sainte Maxime which is a beautiful town. The owner was exceptionally nice to deal with. She ensured that, at my request, a pool gate was put in place as we were travelling with young children. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to return.

Perfectly situated, in a quiet and private domain only a two minute walk from beautiful beach
Clean, well-proportioned and comfortable property ideally situated next to the best beach in the Ste Maxime area. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Suggestions? Linen, towels and electricity should be included in the basic price. And for a two week stay a clean set of linen should be provided after week one - although washing machine worked fine. The pool was clean and the garden immaculate - both of which were maintained twice during our stay. The nearby restaurants right on the beach are excellent, although a little expensive. The épicerie is a two minute walk away and sells most items and also does excellent pizzas. The property is perfect for a family. We had a very happy stay.

idyllisches Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer
Sehr schöne, gepflegte Villa mit Swimmingpool und Garten mit schönen Palmen und Oleanderhecke, durch ein großes Tor abgeschlossene Anlage mit drei oder vier ähnlichen Villen, nur ca. 100 m vom Meer entfernt mit freiem Zugang zu kleinem Sandstrand und zahlreichen Restaurants, trotz frequentierter Küstenstraße im Haus völlig ruhig. Sympathischer Empfang, ansonsten autark, unkompliziert, sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.

Maison sympathique et super bien placée à proximité de la plage. Dommage que l’entretien laisse à désirer ; les portes fenêtres ne ferment pas. Pas d’éclairage dans le jardin. Et un store pare soleil défectueux et non réparé.

Séjour familial idéal
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (enfants et petits-enfants), avec le beau temps qui plus est, sauf un après-midi d'orages. La maison correspond à la description et est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse sur la cuisine et le séjour. le jardin est magnifique avec la piscine, y compris la nuit quand il est illuminé. La maison est bien située proche d'une petite plage. Une plus grande plage est accessible à pied ou en voiture. L'accueil était parfait.

Tolles Haus in toller, ruhiger Umgebung, wenige Schritte vom Strand
Das Haus und die Terrasse sind sehr hübsch und bequem eingerichtet. Man kann sich sehr gut wohlfühlen. Da ich auch arbeitete, war mir ein schnelles Internet wichtig, was bestens funktionierte. Es gibt ein ebenerdiges Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Die Dusche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, tut aber ihren Dienst. Der Pool ist beheizt und wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt. Die Garageneinfahrt (bzw. die Ausfahrt aus dieser) ist für grössere Autos eine Herausforderung. Jedoch kann das Auto auch gut in der Einfahrt stehen, ohne dass etwas passiert. Die Sicherheit des Geländes ist gut mit elektrischem Tor und Code für die Geländetür. Ich hatte meine beiden Hunde mit dabei. Das Gelände ist fast, aber nicht komplett abgeschlossen. Das ist ein kleiner Nachteil, mussten die Hunde im (Haus warten, anstatt im Garten bleiben zu können, wenn man weggeht. Annabelle, die den Check-in/Check-out macht, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatte ich also eine hervorragende Zeit in der Vorsaison und die 3 Wochen sind im Nu verflogen.

Tæt på strand og restaurant i Sainte Maxime
Vi havde en dejlig ferie i denne bolig. Beliggenheden er rigtig god og huset ligger i et lukket område med port - meget trygt. Huset er rigtig dejligt med skøn pool, gode senge og god aircondition, som var nødvendigt. Der er lidt småting som sætter lidt skår i behageligheden: poollys virkede ikke og poolen var dermed ikke så attraktiv om aftenen. Det ene badeværelse meget lille og det store badeværelse kan man ikke hænge bruser op, så man skal holde bruser i hånden (var ellers meget avanceret bruser - men den virkede ikke). Men det ødelægger ikke en god ferie i et dejligt hus, som ligger meget tæt på strand og restauranter.

Super Ferien in Sainte-Maxime
Wir haben im Juli 2020 in diesem Haus 10 Tage mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht und eine wunderbar entspannte Zeit verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der sehr gepflegte Garten und der gut gewartete Pool sind zwei der Highlights. Die professionelle Klimaanlage im Haus sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen und einen ruhigen Schlaf. Man kann den ganzen Tag am Pool relaxen oder den kurzen Fußweg von ca. 2 Minuten runter zum Strand laufen. Der kleine Lebensmittelladen an der Strandstraße, ist ideal für den Kauf des morgendlichen Baguettes oder den kleinen Einkauf. Am Abend bietet er auch eine ganz gute Pizza zum Abholen an. Ansonsten haben wir die Supermärkte in Sainte-Maxime zum Einkaufen genutzt. Der Ort bietet viel zum Ausgehen für alle Altersgruppen. Wer das Auto abends stehen lassen möchte, kann den Bus nehmen, der direkt an der Strandstraße hält oder zu Fuß die bekannten Strandrestaurants in La Nartelle ausprobieren. Diese bieten tolles Ambiente direkt am Wasser und haben eine gute Küche. Wir haben sie im Laufe des Urlaubs fast alle ausprobiert. Tagsüber kann man dort jeweils auch Liegestühle mieten. Wir planen auf jeden Fall, wieder zu kommen und danken Coralie für die nette Betreuung.

Wat een heerlijkheid
Huis ligt perfect, vlak bij strand, mini supermarkt om de hoek en met de auto ben je zo overal. goede restaurants in de buurt. heerlijk zwembad en alles goed beveiligd, voelt je er super relaxed. van de doorgaande weg totaal geen last. miste alleen de handdoeken in bad en keuken. badkamer 1 grote en een kleine per persoon, dat is te weinig. maar ja we hebben het zelf opgelost. ook het contact met eigenaar en sleutelbewaarster was prima. ik vind het zeker een aanrader. binnen niet gezeten, buiten was heerlijk!!
