The Space:
Coco 101 is designed with your comfort in mind. Each of the two bedrooms is accompanied by a full bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for up to four guests. The heart of this home is its patio, where you can unwind in the plunge pool or sway gently in the hammock, all while gazing at the ocean's horizon. The apartment’s simplicity is its charm, providing all essentials for a peaceful stay. The shared pool within the complex is a bonus, inviting you to mingle or enjoy a refreshing dip.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment and its patio, as well as the shared amenities of the complex, including the pool. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Playa La Saladita, known for its laid-back atmosphere and excellent surf conditions, is a hidden gem on Guerrero's coast. Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the beach offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Nearby, you'll find local favorites like Restaurante Jovita y Pancho right next door, Surf City Cafe and Restaurante Mareta both a 12-minute drive away, and Marejada Hamburguesas just an 8-minute drive. The area exudes a quaint charm, inviting you to explore its culinary delights and serene landscapes.
