I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Pine Lodge, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel itself, although was somewhat outdated, was impeccably clean, which is something I always prioritize when traveling. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathroom. The common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were equally tidy and inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff’s willingness to assist with any request. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work, and it made all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend White Pine Lodge for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay paired with fantastic service and great value.

The pool and whirlpool were out of order when we arrived, otherwise the hotel was very nice, and we misunderstood that breakfast was grab and go regardless of checkout time. Room was spacious and we had a private view of trees on the second floor. Lovely dining area.

Wry friendly and helpful staff! Clearly hotel is going through a transition… partly under renovations (pool), no restaurant. Grab-and-go breakfast is minimal, and you have to let them know what you want a day ahead - not ideal. I’m sure it will be great once they get up to speed and get sorted. For now, it’s adequate.

The pictures on the website were misleading I thought it was a Holiday inn Express and it said it came with breakfast but you had to order it and you had to put it in the microwave the place was clean I give them that

I stay here on a regular basis and it is very nice and clean and super friendly staff. Also they have been running a promo with the casino so if u spend 15$ at the casino you will get 15$ free play. It's pretty cool. They used to have a smoking lounge and it was awsome. But it's no longer their 😞 but white pine lodge is still very awsome.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was also clean and comfortable. I particularly liked that the room has a microwave and mini-fridge. The price was a good value too, and Salamanca is a pretty convenient location to stop for a longer trip along the Southern Tier.

Great little place to stay.
Very nice room close to the casino without the extra cost. They also offer free play for the casino with your check in which was a nice surprise. Once their pool and spa are back up & running it will be perfect

We had a wonderful stay at White Pine Lodge. Staff was outstanding. Rooms were modern and clean. Great location. Reasonable prices. I would have given a top rating except that their pool and spa areas were not open due to renovations. Hopefully those renovated areas will add to the good experience that we had. Also there is no dining area, although the free "grab-and-go" breakfasts were more than adequate for our needs. Overall I would highly recommend this business!
