It includes a spacious dining setting for eight and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with breath taking water views.
The large front deck has a relaxed lounge setting and catches the sunrise. It is a favourite spot for morning yoga and coffee, a getaway anytime of the day or for evening canapes and drinks. The rear of the home has an oversized covered deck surrounded by tranquil gardens, offering lots of privacy and protection from the south easterlies. It includes a casual lounge setting, gas BBQ and additional dining setting for eight.
All bedrooms are carpeted for luxury and they have new Sealy Posturepedic ensembles with deluxe euro tops for extra comfort plus the home is fitted with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors onto the balcony, with sparkling water views, an enormous walk-in wardrobe, remote TV and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three are equally spacious, each with its own built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and large window ensuring lots of natural light. Bedroom two has a queen bed while bedroom three has 2 king zip singles. The main bathroom has a separate bath, shower and toilet. The lounge room also contains a sofa bed.
There are two covered car spaces at the top of the curved, steep driveway. Two flights of stairs then lead you up to the front door, where your holiday home, balconies and decks are all on the one level.
Wanda Point House is dog friendly (subject to approval, please enquire). As the fence is not fully secure, it is best suited to an obedient dog or small family dog. There are plenty of pretty walks to take and Salamander Beach only 100m away is dog friendly on lead. Please note - no dogs allowed in the carpeted bedrooms or on the beds or furniture. Each furry guest's holiday is $100 per stay.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
