We left after one night. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Toilet started screaming at 1.30am because it had a cistern leak and would not stop. No sleep was possible and staff appeared to go home. Iā€™m waiting for my money back.

We knew the reception check in starts at 3 but due to the event we came very early at 11 am the reception gentleman asked us to sit for an hour then prepared the room very quickly by 11:45 . Very happy with their service.

Awful. Called at 10pm to say if we arrive after 11pm there will be a phone number on the door and we need to call that to check in. Called the number 20 times, nobody answered and then they switched the phone off. Ended up with nowhere to sleep for the night.

Cleanliness was appalling, the carpet with horrible visible marks, we had spoken to the reception, in which we requested that we check out at 12 as opposed to 11 in which he agreed. When it came to checking out the next day a man came into the room at 11am, he just knocked once on the door and came into the room, my wife was in shock, I was in the shower and luckily my wife was presentable at the time, but this is horrific and not hospitable at all, he then had the nerve to knock on the door again, and I said we have agreed to check out at 12 with the guy at the receptionist last night, he responds with ā€˜that was not me and he shouldnā€™t have said that and he didnā€™t tell meā€™ well I said thatā€™s a communication issue between yourselves nothing to do with me, wouldnā€™t be staying here again.
