the rooms had filthy linens and even worse restrooms. my bathtub had actual blood in the bottom that had dried and turned black and was flaking off into powder. after I canceled that same day at check-in they charged my anyway and it took 2 weeks to get a refund.

Horrible front desk service, we weren't able to even make it to check in until after midnight and was completely exhausted from the trip and asked for a late checkout and was told I would have until noon but was continuesly harassed by the staff and front desk starting at ten thirty am making it impossible to get sleep. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Stayed here multiple times this last year and staff are always accommodating. Relaxing space and the mobility room we needed was amazing and perfect for our needs. The only thing is the jacuzzi could have been a little warmer.

Unsanitary and Poor Communications.
Well there was stains on the Sheets and Shower Curtain. The shower head was loose so when turning on water went every where had to use half my towel allotment to absorb the water. Have called twice looking for my Lap Top Battery with no response. I have been to several Days Inn across the US. This was the most unsanitary poor communications. For me.

The new front office and housekeeping staff do whatever they can to keep your deposit. I loved staying at this motel until the new staff turnover. Ive always got my full deposit back while traveling for work. And felt swindled out of part of it this time over a towel. Yes, a single towel.
