Location & Quality hotel
Excellent location - we attended an event at O2 Victoria Warehouse. Metrolink tram nearby and good connections via bus. Parking at hotel is limited as it’s shared with next door Ibis hotel. Friendly receptionist, explained room type and offered pre-pay breakfast option as it was £2 cheaper to buy in advance. Room was very clean, well presented ,soft pillows,Nepresso machine with complimentary (4) capsules and free water & 2 beers in the fridge. Also a kettle with tea & coffee. Room was quiet,well sound proofed. Extra water was left outside door when do not disturb sign was evident. Breakfast offered a good choice and if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member you can have omelettes in addition for free. Well stocked up ,hot food, plenty of tea & coffee options. Didn’t use the gym however there is a Pure Gym within 10 minutes walk. All the staff appeared to be happy ,welcoming and acknowledging and service driven and they ensured all needs were provided. On check out we were asked how our stay was and thanked. A great,relaxing stay. I reported toilet flush being difficult and also a leak in the sink and the receptionist noted and contacted the engineer straight away.

We had a lovely stay! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and we found it to be very quiet. It was really handy having a safe and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed breakfast, lots of choice. Shower pressure also very good. Great location for media city UK, and there's a tram stop basically right outside for the city centre. I didn't get his name but the staff member on reception last night (~11pm) was fantastic, really accommodating and welcoming. In fact, most staff we came across were lovely. The only downside was the parking situation which, whilst very convenient and easy to organise, has no wriggle room for extension beyond checkout if you wanted to explore the area the next day. This is no fault of the hotel and we easily found alternative parking options, it's just something to be aware of for anyone who's had this option elsewhere before.
