Off-street parking, central A/C and heated tile floors in the bathrooms are a few of the modern conveniences at this home. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown Salida has to offer including Riverside Park on the Arkansas River. A quick drive to Monarch Mountain as well, We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Simply stunning in Salida
This place was perfect for our stay over Presidents’ Day weekend. Renovated home that was very, very clean. This house has everything we needed and such a beautiful space. We especially loved the gas fire place. Found this place cozy for our family of 4. Close to town, could walk but it was cold so we didn’t. Hoping to come back in the summer time and will stay here.

Cozy and Comfortable
Perfect for a weekend getaway (wanted to stay longer). This home is very cute and clean and there was adequate space for our group. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet.
