Enjoy gorgeous marsh views from the living room and then walk, skip or wheel-barrel race the 32 steps around the duplex to the beach. Only a few miles down the road from the fun and craziness of Hampton Beach and a few miles up the road from the upscale shops and restaurants of Newburyport.

The Perfect Experience
Not only was the weather perfect so was the cottage. Being just steps from the beach was only one of the highlights of my stay. The cottage was clean and extremely comfortable. Missy was a fabulous host. I can't wait for next year's visit.

Decent Place
Nice little place, great location (as advertised though it is on street side, not beachfront which we knew going into it). Not well stocked in terms of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. and no paper towels. Not as clean as I would've expected...lots of cobwebs, tiny ants. Owner was very communicative, responsive and pleasant. Was expecting better considering the price point.

A wonderful little getaway by the sea
Missy's place is adorable. It was right on the ocean. It was comfortable, clean, and so close to the boardwalk we could walk on the beach to dinner. We had an amazing stay. We would love to come back again! This place is such a little gem <3

Missy was awesome ! She’s on site to help with all your needs ! Place was clean and AC worked awesome for those hot days ! Only a couple of steps from the beach . Our stress and worries were gone for the week we stayed !
